It was easy to book a flight and the price was correct. The crew on board is truly wonderful and very attentive to the passengers. Very good experience

Nothing special. The usual ´cheap’ flight booking agency. Annoying popups all along for additional fees and services no one falls for and I was able to book at the initially listed price. Adding a piece of luggage afterwards got the usual hefty premium so I bought directly through the company at a 50% discount. I mean I gave it a try and got the brutal 100€ per trip fee so hard pass on our side.

Flight confirmation came in on time although with lots of missing informations like the airline ticked number making a login into the company’s website impossible. Had to find a workaround with Amadeus to get that info out.

Again nothing special no expectations on our side.

It is absolutely impossible to contact them. I need an invoice for my company and their contact process is not working.
There is no email or anyway to reach them out.

My experience I would rate at ZERO. They're conducting scandalous practices of selling you tickets and not delivering if prices go higher. So you're loosing the opportunity to buy tickets somewhere else with other agents and you're left alone if prices go up. Lost time, lost opportunity and moreover you have a chance to purchase somewhere else if you've noticed a cancellation note from them. If not you're basically screwed. They say they're not taking money and they only locking it so it's not technically a transaction. But in fact your money is locked for few days and you'r not able to use it for purchasing a ticket somewhere else. BEWARE OF THEM !!!

Paid $424 (upper end) for a code-shared flight, but it was stated as SINGAPORE AIRLINES on Skyscanner page. Hope something can be done to address this. I felt so scammed taking a scoot flight where the service and everything was terrible!!!! So so angry. NEVER EVER EVEE TRUST FARERA 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They gave me the reservation code for the check-in on the air company website.

You have £1,087 of my money. Scammed out of me for flights for three Indian named people to dubai and dehli. Im sure this must be an inside job as the person involved had our flight details with flysharp and was amending our flight which never happened and my money has been paid to you and you have confirmed to my bank who these flights were for... still fighting for our money back. Would love to hear your excuses

Farera Team helped me to get a good company and tickets to travel with a good service and price.

I had to book a flight for my son and the proposed offer was really cheap. However, the reservation confirmation never received. I only found on my bank account a transaction of the cost and a return at the same day. They do not have after sales service unless there's an account.The only option suppose is after the confirmation, but always the reply is "The system temporarily does not work. Try a few hours later" It is impossible to contact with them.Finally we re book our flight of course with additional cost as it was the last minute. I would appreciate If anyone can give how we can contact with them.

Our Barcelona–Shanghai–Tokyo flight was severely disrupted, and Farera’s handling of the situation since then has been absolutely desperate.

First, their website displayed an impossible itinerary, with reversed dates and a negative flight duration. Then they offered us an alternative that would make us arrive in Tokyo exactly two days later, causing us to lose prepaid accommodation and a significant part of our trip.

We replied accepting that alternative only to avoid losing the proposed seats, while asking for an earlier rerouting. However, we still have not received reissued tickets, clear confirmation of the final itinerary, or any certainty about which flight we are actually booked on.

On top of that, China Eastern’s website does not recognize our tickets, either to retrieve the itinerary or to complete check-in. Farera is also failing to respond despite the urgency, while the original flight is still operating.

We are not asking to cancel the trip or receive a refund. We are asking for something as basic as having a supervisor review the case, confirm a valid itinerary in writing for both passengers, and issue the tickets correctly.

The lack of information, the contradictions, and the complete absence of a response have left us feeling utterly helpless just hours before the trip. The sense of powerlessness is overwhelming.

Went through the whole reservation and purchase process, was sent from skyscanner as one of their recommended agents. Once everything done and payment data entered I get the message "oops rate no longer available"... really? I still see the rates available on skyscanner and the airline! Scummy people, not recommended!

Bait-and-switch scam. They show an attractive price, let you go through the whole booking and payment process, then suddenly claim the “transaction couldn’t be completed” due to “real-time data” or “technical issues.” No money taken? Perhaps, but your funds are frozen for days. Of course, the same flight is still available — now at a much higher price. This isn’t bad luck, it’s a deliberate dark pattern. Avoid Farera.

The price was good, the information as well. There were a lot of add ons to choose, but if you dont need them, you can skip several sites. Its the same procedure as everywhere.

Everything was good
