Print turned out great and looked like advertised!! Shipping did not take long at all.

tracking does not exist. The company never responded to me and assisted me with teh tracking of merchandise and the item was not delivered as promised.

Great fast delivery, very happy with the print.

Unfortunately, the anniversary gift I sent wasn’t received. I was surprised that they had not acknowledged receiving it so a month later I asked and she said that they had received someone else’s and they had no idea who they were. The bad news is the order got mixed up. The good news is that the company is making good on it and re-printing everything.

My husband ordered something for me it was delivered with the wrong date. We have contacted Customer service 3 times with no response. We have a large photo sitting in my garage that we can do nothing with that we paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Wrong date was put on what I ordered. There is no customer service number to call only emails. It took the company 2 weeks to reach out to me and asked me to send a picture of the item that was wrong. I responded same day and now it has been two weeks since I’ve heard anything back. I never leave reviews but I can’t get over how no one has reached out to make anything right. I don’t even want a refund just want the mistake corrected. Don’t recommend.

I absolutely love my canvas I bought for my daughter's birthday! It turned out perfect and to my exact specifications for sure!!! I will definitely be ordering from you guys again and will tell my friends as well. Thank you.

What went right? Have been trying to connect with someone ANYONE for over a week. Bland AI responses with no results in sight. Ridiculous!

I ordered a song board for my anniversary and you said it would be here by it. I didn’t get it til a week later. I will not buy anything else from your site.

All the 1 star reviews discussing delayed shipping times and bad customer service are accurate. I bought a portrait for Mother’s Day for my wife that was supposed to feature 9 pictures. 7 of them arrived sideways ? And it showed it up late (after Mother’s Day) with express shipping which I ordered 2 weeks in advance.

Haven’t heard from them myself after 3 attempts to connect with them via their portal.

I bought my print as a 10 year anniversary gift. After so many negative reviews regarding communication and shipping I started to worry I made a mistake. This showed up exactly on time and with no mistakes! It looks great.

Product exceeded my expectations. Made modifications after I placed my order before it shipped. Great communication while delivering extraordinary product. Very pleased will order again. They were very sensitive to the gift as we had just lost our father. Handled with care all along the way. Very pleased.

When my product arrived, I was so excited- until I opened the box. The name of the song was printed incorrectly. I have emailed 4 or 5 times and no one will get back to me. I finally gave up and requested a refund through my payment source. It was to be a bday present which had so much meaning. Now Im giftless and $140 brokER. Despicable company.

I couldn't be more satisfied and happy the way my order turned out. At first I was nervous and stressed adding a poem instead of a song lyrics . It turned out so beautifully it was a gift for a friend who truly deserves to look at this gift and remember . Thank you truly !
