I forgot to add the apartment # in the shipping instructions. I realized this about 20 minutes after ordering on a holiday weekend. Ins spite of the holiday, someone emailed back immediately and in a follow up email, assured me that the address had been corrected. Quick and courteous!

I’ve written to you about this dreadfully disappointing experience several times already. Now, in addition, I’m more than disappointed - I’m annoyed - at your continually trying to get me to re-evaluate my opinion. By the way, I have no problem with the artist; the print is lovely. The issue is with Society6, who chopped off part of the artist’s work. Shame on you!

I was very bummed out with the quality of the black out curtains. I have 4 panels of the window treatments that I LOVE… in order the blackout version expecting the same quality. They looked faded out and cheap. They should have been a saturated black but looked so faded and didn’t even begin to match the original. I thought, no big deal I’ll return these and purchase 6 of the ones I already own. I paid over 600 for these window treatments and then was told nearly 70 wasn’t going to be refunded. Funny how I was charged about 8 to send it back but you charged me over 50 to send them to me. So now I am stuck wanting to order more but very disappointed with the experience.

I like the curtain a lot but there are 1-2 areas where the printer messed up the image creating a smudge effect.

The phone case did not fit my phone, and it started separating as I tried to insert my phone. I would like my money back.

I had the shower curtain, then I bought the bathmat, then I bought the other bathmat. I actually don't like things to match to much but this was a must to complete the nautical theme.

This arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged.

I've ordered from Society6 multiple times and have always been happy with my order. This time, the phone case I ordered ended up being much darker than how the design looked on the website.

I got in touch with them via their support chat bot to see if it was possible to get a new case with an adjusted color. The support team went back and forth with the production folks and realized it would not be possible, so they fully refunded my money.

I will definitely order from them in the future.

Great product, looks exactly like I wanted it to. When I first ordered it there was a mix up with the shipping information, but the support team helped me fix it and were easy to work with.

My package was somehow delayed, so I messaged their customer service team and got a response within 2 hours. They worked with me and reassured me through every step of the process. They ended up issuing me a replacement when my package had passed the estimated time of shipping without me even asking. Amazing communication and customer service.
