Like so many people, I invested in Fundrise more than 5 years ago with high hopes. In the end, the returns were nothing near what was advertised as normal “alternative investments.”. I made about 4.9% annually with less than no liquidity.

The frustrating part is really when you decide to move your money. There were excuses everywhere…mergers, fund changes, etc. After waiting a year, my redemption request just went through and it was only partial! They only liquidated 1/2 my money!

Stay away as you would do much better in an index fund. They will go under at some point. Lousy returns, bad customer service, no liquidity, etc. is not a recipe for success.

I put $1,000 in Fundrise over 10 years ago. The returns are pathetic. $1,400 valuation after more than 10 years. And getting your money out takes forever. They want to give to you in quarterly chunks. Yes, a $340 portion after waiting on my request 3 months ago. They plan on dispersing more in October. Who knows how much it will be because they’re excuse is Due to the redemption plan being oversubscribed, Q2 2026 Fundrise eREIT redemptions were processed on a pro rata basis. meaning the fund doesn’t have the funds.

Investment returns were low. They had my capital for over 5 years before I initiated redemption of my proceeds. I only received half and was charged a redemption fee even after 5 years. The other half they said was tied up in a merger and I would have to resubmit a second request after the merger was complete which I did. Was told the redemption would take place in July 2026 and now I am only receiving one third and they are saying I have to wait until October 2026 before they will redeem any more. Stay away from this company at all cost.

After contributing and holding for over 6 years and requesting a withdrawal i have now had my request pushed back 2 times. It will be a total of 9 months that I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds and it’s not even guaranteed still after that.

Poor excuse of an investor relations team, poor long term gains, and a sorry excuse for a leadership team that they can’t communicate more transparently and up front.

Putting your money into Fundrise is like putting your money into a pit and blindly hoping for something. Be warned I would not use and any good reviews I would question if they’re a promoter for the company. They have absolutely no sense of keeping long term users because they treat those who have invested in the long run like garbage

OMG what a terrible, terrible company! I invested my dribbly little IRA into this company about 5 years ago, and am now trying to roll it over into a different company because the returns were ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE! As you can see from the attachment, I lost almost 500.00 on the value of my meager portfolio. AND they have an annual "management fee" of $149.00 that they enforce like the Totenkopf. But now, I have spent the past year (!!!) just trying to get my IRA rolled over into a different account - and STILL Fundrise is holding onto my pocket change like it is their lunch milk money. CRAZY! And even when they DO release funds, it is to a 3rd party company that I had never heard of and had nothing to do with named "Inspira." DO YOURSELF A HUUUUUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM FUNDRISE!! Just a terrible, miserable, unhappy experience, from start to finish.

DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM if there is any chance you will ever need to withdrawal the money! I had money invested with them for almost 10 years. And the returns were pretty good. My issue with them is in how difficult it is to withdraw the money if you need it I requested a disbursement in January. It is now July and I still not received my money. I understand a quarterly schedule for disbursements, but we are now well over six months. It really shouldn’t be this hard to get my money back.
UPDATE: they have now given me 1/3 of the money and I have to wait until Oct for them to give me more. AND they can not even tell me if I can get it all. They will determine then how much they can afford to give me. Honestly, I find it quite frightening that they can’t afford to give me my $5000. How close are they cutting their margins that $5000 is going to break them????

This is scam company in less than 3 month lost over 40 dollar request the rest of money in mid June yet to receive given the runaround their representative friendly before getting money nasty when wanting to know when getting back the biggest run don't walk scam scam

Extremely easy platform to use! Finally, an opportunity to be a part of something big without the need for having deep pockets!

I had questions about the IPO, and they were answered for me and I felt comfortable investing.

I signed up with Fundrise in September of 2025. I've had an excellent experience so far. The adventure of Fundrise Innovation going public (ticker VCX) has been surreal. It feels like a truly unique opportunity to be part of something transformational. Like many, I'm just an average American that wants to support emerging technology companies with my extra dollars and wants to invest in my future. The Fundrise team is transparent, responsive, innovative, and bold. Intuitive website, offers educational materials, and I see the numbers changing in the right direction. Highly recommend.

So happy I came across Fundrise. Don’t have to worry about my future for me or my kids.

Most of the time straight to the point but being old it gets me confused sometimes and then I'm mad at the phone and quite.

I've enjoyed the transparency and communicative nature of Fundrise after years of investing with them.

Provides affordable access to alternative private equity income real estate properties. Also, to other potential investments. The Fundrise website and investment process work well, as does the reporting on your holdings. I thank them for making this opportunity available.

It does the trick, but could always be better.

Has got plenty of choices and realty portfolio is awesome

I like the platform but needs improvement on price and history. My account dropped and don't know why. Was it fees? The the price drop? Also when info is sent out about a new property it's hard to find what fund it is in.

I never invested in anything before. I picked FUNDRISE at random after I looked at a few platforms. I had no idea what I was doing , but am extremely happy with FUNDRISE.
