We understand your disappointment and regret that this situation did not meet your expectations. However, we'd like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your cancellation request.
Our standard turnaround time for estimates is up to two business days. Because of this, the opportunity to cancel an order is naturally very limited once work begins. In your case, the cancellation request was made on a Sunday, when our office is closed and we do not process calls or cancellations. Your estimate was scheduled for delivery first thing Monday morning, and by that point the work had already been completed. The only remaining step was our final quality assurance review before delivery.
As with all of our clients, once an estimate has been completed, the time and professional resources required to produce it have already been invested. For that reason, we were unable to cancel the order at that stage.
We truly value the relationship we've built with you over the past three years, and it was never our intention to disregard your concerns. We simply applied the same policy we follow consistently for every client to ensure fairness and transparency.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to continue serving you in the future.
