Everything is legit, shipping could have been faster but its alr, only problem for me the products are a little too weak for me.

I think they only packed half my order cause I ordered out of stock items that I had to clarify replacement for. I only got the replacement items initially.

The package was shipped via UPS, went out for delivery, and was then returned to the sender without a delivery attempt. UPS tracking now clearly shows "Returned to sender."

I contacted the seller multiple times to resolve the issue and request a refund/resend, but received no response.

At this point the order has not been delivered, the package has been returned, yet no answer.

Very poor communication and resolution for a straightforward situation.

I placed an order on October 18, and the payment was charged to my credit card. After several days, I never received any tracking information. When I contacted the store to ask about my order, they immediately canceled the purchase with no explanation at all, but the charge is still active on my credit card and I have to pay it soon.

I’ve tried contacting them through every channel: the email address provided doesn’t seem to exist (messages bounce back), and the chatbot on their website never replies.

I simply want a clear explanation of why my order was canceled and why I haven’t received a refund.

It’s frustrating, because my first purchase went perfectly and I was genuinely happy with the quality of the products. Sadly, this time the customer service has been extremely disappointing, no one has taken responsibility, and they’ve kept my money without delivering anything.

I’ll be happy to update my review if they refund my payment or send the products as originally ordered. I am even willing to do the purchase again with a different payment method (if that was the problem) after they assure me I'll get a refund of the cancelled order.

I bought THC oil end October, set to expire in December... At this point and for this price, this is basically a SCAM ! I can't even imagine how unfresh other products must be. There are far better site upthere to buy your products folks, not all of them disrespect their customer like that !

consistently quality gummies, if the delivery service they use would actualy deliver to my house they'd get another star. I hope so because the gummies are very good.

Highly recommended! They are very precise and punctual. I recently had problems with DHL, but as soon as I contacted them, they resolved everything and sent the goods back to me without any problems.

I might change my review if i get a response but so far i feel scummed! I purchased some products more than 10 days ago and even though i paid for fast 2 day delivery, the courier company has not yet received the products from the company and the company has non answered my emails! I hope they do now

The edibles doesn’t taste good and the cookies vape tastet .
I also paid €14 for express shipping because it was supposed to arrive the next day, which was very important.
However, they shipped it using the free shipping option instead.
After I asked for a refund, my request was ignored and the money was never returned.

My package has been late for about a week now, with no signs of EVER arriving. i've contacted both the shop's customer service, and the delivery company, with no answer from both sides. fedex is no help, they use the worst possible delivery company ever. I don't even know if it will ever arrive - Or if i'll ever get my money back, for that matter. Sounds like a dirty scam.
