Very good service

Very good service - have rented with ECH over 5 times and never had any issues. Cars have been in good condition and always a great price. Would recommend and always my first choice from Pisa. Thanks, Harrison

Excessive additional prices at the counter

Paid 285 euro for 10 days, good price very happy. When we came to pickup the car they told us we had to pay a additional 380 euro’s because the name of our credit card was not the same as the driver. When we offered to pay deposit with debit card they told us this was bot possible. So in the end the administration Costs are more expensive then the car itself. See more reviews about this situation, apparantly it isnt clear enough at the Booking site bit they dont do anything scout it because its a good way to earn a lot of money. Scam!
