e-Rewards Reviews 

Whilst some surveys seem to falter, the vast majority are interesting and easy to complete. e-Rewards do reward you for completing their surveys, and my experience of completing the surveys and claiming my reward is positive. I am also finding the surveys are providing me with knowledge and information that I did not have previously. Overall positive experience from my perspective.

Most of the time, the promised rewards are given but increasingly, you will spend several minutes completing a survey, having answered many questions, only to get the message "sorry this one filled fast" or they screen you out right at the last minute. If the promised points were ALWAYS given then I would give 5 stars but sadly, they cannot always be trusted. I am sure that the technology exists to close a survey when it is full to avoid disappointment......

SOMETIMES THE TIME FACTOR IS NOT CORRECT ON THE SURVEYS AND IT IS LONGER THAN STATED BY A LOT

Rewards are great (in my case I save up for BA Avios). But the technology is clunky and unreliable. I guess I’m getting something for “free” (sort of) so I grin and bear it.

The website is generally better for accessing surveys, because if something goes wrong you can sometimes use your browser buttons to recover and continue. But the list of surveys on the website doesn’t update properly, and also I often get screened out before I have even started.

The list of surveys on the IOS app is a bit more reliable, but you have no control at all if something goes wrong- frustrating if you have wasted a lot of time on a survey.

Customer service don’t seem very interested in helping when something like that happens.

Went through a survey today only to be told it wasn't for me but they are usually good. The points soon build up and you can earn points every day.

What sort of an English sentence is this? Cannot survey writers check their own copy?

More survey writers should always include a 'don't know' or 'None' opion to all multiple choice question. Ask me which BEV I would buy with a choice of a dozen brands - my answer would be none if given that option, especially as I hade previously ticked a 'I am not going to buy a car'. Thoughtless and e-Rewards should do better.

I am definitely enjoying the surveys. I am actually learning about things that I wasn't aware, so for me it has been fantastic. also, it helps with the rewards you get from your time. That is brilliant! My only nag is when you invest so much time on a survey and suddenly it just crashes right at the end. Very infuriating.

It is so easy to claim my Nectar rewards on e-rewards - don't have to print anything out, just gets sent to my Nectar account!

I TRIED TO REDEEM 2 VOUCHERS AND WAS UNABLE TO DO SO EACH TIME 7!! IATTEMPTED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION ALL I GOT WAS AN IMMEDIEATE SAME COMPUTERISE RESPONCE AND GOING NO WHERE

Easy to obtain rewards

They have a range of interesting surveys, most only take a few minutes to complete and it doesn't take long to hit the redemption level for rewards

I can only just give them 3 stars. They ask you to complete your profile so that the correct surveys applicable to you are given. At least 50% are still unapplicable. I even have had surveys that on asking me one question - am I male of female - which on aswering has rejected me. So much for profiling! The onlt thing that made me give the 3 stars is the Nectar rewards. This works well

I have been a member for a number of years and found plenty of opportunities to earn more with excellent puzzles

Pretty terrible. They don’t give good incentives and they allow companies to kick you out at 98% completion without giving you incentives. Shameful. Don’t waste your time

I have been completing surveys for many years and have generally been happy with the service. I trade my points for airline miles, which I then use for hotel stays more often than flights, but any option saves costs. When there has been the occasional problem, I find that help is usually at hand and I am satisfied with the result. Surveys take time, of course, so it's all a balancing act.

BRILLIANT survey site, lots of interesting surveys and the rewards build up ever so quickly....

A good way to earn rewards if you have a few spare minutes. I use it to build up my air miles.
