Daniel was my service tech and he was great to speak with and communicated very very well. We had to order additional parts And the day that part arrived he had my drone fixed. Communication has been great skill level is also great I would highly recommend this company for any of your drum needs.

Drone Nerds quickly evaluated and repaired my broken drone. They were able to get a part from a third party and get the drone back to me in time for a trip. Daniel in particular was extremely helpful and communicated clearly and proactively, keeping me up-to-date on progress and giving me different options along the way.

Great communication through their portal. Reasonably priced and extremely fast repair after confirming I wanted the repairs done. It felt like my drone was repaired and shipped the same day. Would gladly use DroneNerds again.

Excellent communication – and I did receive the drone back and visually appears completely repaired. I have not yet had a chance to fly the drone yet, but if their repairs are as good as their customer service is, I'm sure I'll be happy. I dealt with Robert and he was an excellent communicator.

Good communication from start to finish. I felt like the repairs were made with in keeping costs as low as possible. I would highly recommend Drone Nerds for your DJI repairs.

I tried contacting 2 other places that were closer to home. Saw Drone Nerds ad and called them. They answered and explained what I needed to do. In the same day I had the information to fill out and attached to return box. Took two days each time in delivery. They responded and explained what needed doing and cost associated with repair. They completed repairs and sent form for payment. Simple. When drone came back it operated just like when it was new. Very pleased with their way of doing business. Highly recommend them.

Honest guys. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair my drone due to a lack of manufacturer support and parts. But they waived the diagnostic charge and returned it promptly. I ordered a replacement from them and had it the next day at the same price as larger retailers.

I had a broken landing gear on my Mavic Air 2. Found Drone Nerds online and very glad I did! This is a very professional company, when they received the drone they documented everything that was shipped with it by providing photos of each item, then explained that the repair process would take 7-10 business days. It was diagnosed and repaired on the 8th day. Yamel communicated with me via email a few times, and my drone was successfully repaired and returned to me. Would definitely use Drone Nerds again!
