Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I purchased a drone from Drone Doctor and they took the full payment. The drone keeps freezing and is not working properly.
I have contacted them multiple times asking for a return or exchange, but they are completely ignoring my messages.
Their own website states a 30-day return period, but they won't even respond to arrange the return.
Very disappointing experience. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be raising a dispute with my bank. I would not recommend this company.

No problem with Drone Doctor, LLC
I am perplexed with some of the negative feedback some people left for Drone Doctor LLC. All I can say is that I had a wonderful experience with this company. Leo, answered all of my technical questions promptly with calls and texts. Shipping took a little longer than what they originally said (about two weeks), but they sent me a Fed-Ex tracking number verifying shipment. I even got a personal call letting me know the product was on my way to me. Thank you Drone Doctor! Highly recommend.

The staff were honest the price was very competitive and even after a couple of calls regarding two drones that I’ve sent in any confusion was sorted out immediately and was not hassle in the slightest I can’t recommend this company enough I still have one drone that has been fixed at the same time as my other one but as I’m disabled I’m not able to Pay it just yet even though they did offer Klarna which I refuse purely out of my avoidance of using any form of credit look forward to paying for my second drone in a couple of weeks and getting that returned
The drone that has been returned flies perfect and I can’t thank them enough

Replacement drone was not identical to the Mavic 4 Pro it was replacing
I sent a Mavic 4 Pro Cine in for repair. Unfortnately, it was not repairable (I don't doubt this). Thus, I purchased what I believed to be a replacement. I was assured several times on the phone that it was identical. Upon receipt of my new drone it turned out not to be the Cine version. When I complained about this, they sent me a low grade 500 gig sd card. The card failed and they won't send me a new one, or exchange my replacement drone for a Cine.

From my First Call to the Last
From my first call to the last, every detail was handled with courtesy and efficiency. I had crashed a drone and sent it in for repair along with the controller. The drone was beyond repair, so the controller was sent back, not alone, but packed carefully in a new bag! I have attached the "DroneDoctor" label to my copier and will definitely use this company again!

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, lied about being able to fix DJI drone without having a Error code, and being able to repair back to pre-crash condition. Claimed they have access to DJI software but turns out, this was a lie.
When I reached out about the repair being different than promised I was told thats just they way it is, with zero attempt to make it right.
They are crooks!
To your reply Extensive damage? It needed a gimble, which i could have done myself but I did not want the error code, which is why I specifically asked if you could do the repair without the error code, you assured me that you could, which is clearly not the case, which is 100% intentionally misleading.

When your drone arrived, it had already sustained significant crash-related damage. Our team evaluated the unit and made every reasonable effort to restore functionality based on its condition at intake. In cases involving severe impact damage, there are limitations that no repair shop can ethically guarantee away, especially when factory-level software restrictions or persistent system errors remain after a major crash.
At no point was our intention to mislead you. We communicated the repair process based on the information available at the time, and as with many heavily damaged drones, final results can depend on factors that are only fully revealed once internal diagnostics and repair work are performed.
We understand your frustration, but it is important to distinguish between a drone that needed repair and a drone that had been extensively damaged prior to service. We did not create the condition of the aircraft; we were asked to attempt to recover it. We stand by the time, labor, and professional assessment provided.

Mavic 3 pro
The drone doctor is a legend in my eyes, there service was prompt and exteamly well priced, I was expecting to pay 1000s. It only took a few days to repair after they received it, they even threw in a new camera guard wich was a unexpected bonus, they explained the issue to me in layman's terms about the diagnosis, very happy with there service and would recomend them to anyone for any repairs to your drone

I crashed my Mini 5 pro in December and Drone Doctor fixed it like new. It flies great as though nothing happened. Highly recommend drone doctor for repairs or getting a new drone. Excellent customer service.
