A few things I didn't like. He stopped for gas. Should have been done before pick up. He offered me water but it was in an un labeled bottle so I did not drink it. At one point I asked him if he was ok because I noticed his arm shaking. He became defensive

Clear on the Van Wyck
Great, smooth sailing from midtown Manhattan to JFK. Remarkably no traffic on the Van Wyck! Appreciated the driver’s ability to share in our mutual laughter and gratitude. Car was clean and comfortable.

Driver not reading the directions app correctly
I know the route by heart, and sometimes it does change with current traffic conditions, but this driver went WAY out of the way. I even checked the route on my directions app. The trip, while quiet and pleasant, was longer than it should have been.
