Stumbled across this website and I’m so glad I did! Great skin products at a great price! Fast delivery. Very nice customer service quick to respond and help!

There was an issue with my delivery and they immediately resent my order.

All of the products I ordered came with the QR codes scratched off. When I emailed them they said they would check with management and get back to me. I’m sure I’m not the first customer who noticed it but they couldn’t give me an answer as to why. I find that totally unacceptable! First and last purchase!

I moved a year ago and did not realize that I still had this subscription set up to go to my old address. I received an email saying that a shipment went there and it got charged to my credit card. I reached out to Derm Street and they not only canceled my subscription for me, since I am no longer able to receive shipments as I am out of the country, but they also refunded me for the package that was delivered to my old house. I did not expect that and was very very happy to read that. This is a stand-up company that takes care of his customers.

Using DoorDash delivery service which causing the delay of the shipment due to the “ emergency “ of the driver. Very unprofessional, and will not order from this place again. ( still haven’t received my package yet)

Incredibly disappointed to write to customer service and have an AI reply to me. Employ humans, not AI. if this isn't changed i won't order from this company again.

The items I ordered never arrived and when I asked for a replacement the agent denied it and offered a refund only. When I asked if they can honor the discounted price with which I originally ordered (used a mother's day coupon literally for my mother's day gift) she said they don't do that. Makes me think they never sent the items in the first place

Tina in DermStreet customer care was very helpful and patient with me as a 90-year-old customer advising me how to close ShopPay and AFFIRM, neither of which I want to have anything to do with.

TIna was terrific correcting a delivery issue.

I placed an order for a cream for my daughter, and she found out and wanted me to cancel. I called the customer service and talked with a gal who was delighted to share the request to cancel the order. She canceled the order and was so pleasant to talk with. They canceled the order before it was shipped and refunded my money. Not only efficient, but it is also a pleasant encounter with their customer service.

My order was delivered to an incorrect address.

Dermstreet customer service immediately confirmed this and sent me a free replacement with updated tracking the day of! Truly kind, efficient people.

Courier dropped my package at the complete wrong house took a picture of the wrong house and I called customer service it was well after hours first thing the next morning I received a call back to just please wait the 24 to 48 hours and if it was not resolved they would fix the issue customer service was polite right on top of it I waited actually waited three days and no one returned my package so they have since shipped a replacement very easy process very quick responses 100% 10 out of 10 on the customer service
