Ordered a flexepin voucher. The code was delivered not activated. Contacted dundle 3 separate time to finally get a response from Ana. Ana then passed it off to Sara. Sara then pawned it off on flexepin. A week later I'm still dealing with trying to get my voucher. Support is useless so if you have any problems good luck to you, you'll need it. Avoid it like the plague, notified my bank and fraud centers.

Hesitant but VERY happy!!
I was a little hesitant to use this at first, but it actually went extremely smoothly and with no fuss, no hoops to jump through, and no anxiety. I just verified my email, as is common when on new sites, and I got my code right there on the screen. Copy pasted it into our amazon account (it was for amazon) and tadaaa! Done! Now I'm able to close out my PayPal, my son gets birthday gifts from amazon, and everyone is happy.
I will be telling my family about this since we are international. This is a great way to give gift cards between different currencies, and the fees are far more reasonable than other sites, dare I even say cheap! Extremely reasonable.

This is not customer support; it is blatant retention of funds. I demand my account to be unlocked and a full SEPA refund or manual order fulfillment immediately!
