The customer service people were very helpful and easy to deal with. The dumpster was in good shape, at a good price and delivered promptly. We were done a day early and called to let them know they could pick it up early if they wanted to, which they did. It was all a good experience and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I agreed upon a set price to have a dumpster delivered. It came several days late which was no big deal. After I was finished with it, they failed to take the days it was not on my property when charging me an extra $120 for late fees. In addition to that, they took my banking information and proceeded to charge my account without any advance notice, discussion, or explanation and charged my card (without prior notice or permission) three additional times totaling more than the original agreed upon price ($397.00) for the dumpster, totalling over $824.95. That was for a dumpster I only utilized half of The capacity. It was half empty when they picked it up !

UPDATE 8/19/26: Dumpsters.com reached out to me directly the other day. They apologized and did go about and beyond to rectify the situation. Granted this was technically not their fault as it was contacted to a local company, but the face they decided to take accountability shows a lot. There for I updated their rating to 5 stars.

Old Review: I rented a dumpster through Dumpsters.com, who then contracted the rental through Budget Dumpster. While I understand that the dumpster may have gone over the included weight limit, my issue is with how the additional charge and customer service were handled.

I was charged an additional amount without any advance notice, clear explanation, or documentation showing the actual weight of the dumpster or how the extra fee was calculated. I’ve also tried to get clarification and follow-up, but getting a response from anyone has been extremely difficult.

Since I made the rental through Dumpsters.com, I expected them to stand behind the service they arranged, regardless of which company they contracted the dumpster through. Instead, it feels like once the payment was collected, the customer service and communication stopped.

I have no problem paying a legitimate overweight charge when it is properly documented and explained. My frustration is with the lack of transparency and the inability to get anyone to respond or address my concerns.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use Dumpsters.com again and cannot recommend them.

We spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange the dumpster, he was amazing. And then just as amazing was the gentleman that brought the dumpster to us, my dad even tried to give him a $40 tip, and he kindly refused. He was such a gentleman. A month later a different gentleman came to pick it up and was very efficient and was able to navigate a difficult driveway without any problems. Overall an incredible experience.

Do not rent from this company. We never received our rental dumpster on Friday and was told they could not guarantee Saturday or Monday. They are not honest and forthcoming.

Aleisha makes sure we are on the same page and all concerns are taken care of. She is top notch. If anything unforeseen pops up she always reaches out to me.

Dumpster was delivered on time, they didn’t have the dumpster i ordered so they gave me larger one for the price of the one i ordered. Dumpster picked up on date requested

Pay high rates for a service to be done only TWO times a month…… can’t even do that but they’ll sure take your money if you don’t catch them. Wouldn’t sign with this company if I could go back, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I used a 30 yard dumpster arrived on time and picked on time. 4 stars because of the added weight they charged me. I questioned the weight when I ordered it and she told me I should be fine. If you think you can fill a 30 yard dumpster be prepared for the added weight fee ,we had nothing particularly heavy just a lot of accumulated junk over the years

I've used Dumpsters.com twice for office cleanout. The booking reps were very professional and accommodating to my needs. Dumpster were delivered and picked up on schedule with no issues. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Got a 30 yd dumpster for a house clean out..put in for a pickup on Tuesday as it was the last day of the rental...I received an email stating the dumpster couldn't be picked up till Wednesday or Thursday...then Tuesday night I get another email stating the dumpster would be picked up Wednesday...Wednesday came and went, no pick up, no emails...then I call Thursday when come afternoon still no pickup...I needed it picked up because I have a contractor coming Friday to pave my driveway...I am told they will look into it...then I get a text stating the pickup is on the asap list but would not be Thursday..I then call customer service and I am told they would call dispatch and make sure it's picked up today...we'll its 7:30 and no pickup...my contractor is coming tomorrow afternoon...if it isn't picked up early morning I am contacting my lawyer. and they are paying any deposits I loose because of this!
