I ordered the Deutchlandticket through their website. First it took hours to get the confirmation email which I already found suspicious. Afterwards when the DB ticket controller he scanned the ticket and it was an old d-ticket for mid jan- mid feb I needed to buy a new ticket. I requested a refund but we will see. I have low expectations.
