Expensive shipping
I wanted to order some cups for my family reunion, thought these were a good option that didn’t break the bank. Shipping cost just as much as the cups. I received an email to approve the proof, which I did but did not see that the shipping amount was part of the approval and the link was no longer available to look at. I reached out w/in minutes to advise that I did not want to go through with it as the shipping was so much but it was apparently too late and my order was processed anyway. The cups are nice but the stickers are already pealing off.
