They falsely accused my company of driving a car and hitting someone else's car but within 1 working hour (I emailed them on Saturday evening, they replied on Monday morning at 08:00), they had cleared my record from their files.
They were responsive and very apologetic and explained their client had given them the wrong company name.
Awful. Been harassed by these people for money due to an apparent car accident. I’ve responded to them on numerous occasions but they DO NOT acknowledge replies then send more letters asking for more money - disgusted and bewildered. I previously left a negative review as did many others and now they seem to have deleted that account and created a new one *BEWARE*
