Went to trade in my 2023 Ford Ranger last week,Khyri the sales guy said he would work on it right away,I chased up and they offered me €8000 Ex Vat lower than one garage and €8500 lower than a second garage. When I told him on the phone on the other offers I received while literally laughing at his offer as I was genuinely shocked, he instantly increased his trade in offer by €5000 as he knew how poor his offer was.He was clearly chancing his arm on his initial offer.I wasnt going to write a review but thought about for several days and if they tried to pull this on me Im certain they are trying on others and its not acceptable the money involved.Be aware of this garage, very poor form and very unprofessional. Never again will I even call them.

After sales care has been very disappointing. The sales dept obviously are very attentive, but once the sale is made and you need to deal with issues, repairs or servicing the garage are not easy to deal with. Error codes ignored on my car when it was in for servicing, and when more error codes appeared and I tried to follow up the team were slow and didnt seem to have read my emails properly. I will avoid this particular BMW branch in future, not at all to the standard you would expect from a luxury car vendor.

Always a great experience dealing with Gareth Davey and Lisa Delvin in the Galway branch. Highly recommend both, have dealt with both 4 times now and never had an issue.

I was recommended to deal with this company by a friend of mine and have to say that I was delighted with the whole experience. Both Kevin Hanrahan from sales and Lisa Devlin from accounts were a pleasure to deal with and any commitment in terms of delivery dates were surpassed which was a big issue for me. The car came specced exactly as ordered and in advance of the initial delivery date meaning I did not have to make any compromises in terms of the car that I wanted. I also received several follow up check ins from them after the sale had concluded which was appreciated. All in all would highly reccomend this dealer and especially those I dealt with.

I was in the Drogheda showroom yesterday, and i was so impressed. from the start I was treated so well by the receptionist, and then a sales person by the name of Robert. He was very professional and friendly. He followed up every question I had, and came back to me with the information I needed promptly. Excellent work Robert.

This is our second new BMW and the first time we have gone to a PCP. Igor Korolija was very helpful in explaining the new car specifications and Lisa Devlin gave us a very good explanation of the financial details including suggestions on the best plan for us. Overall we are very happy with our experience with this dealer.

The process of purchasing and financing my new car was made easier by the salesperson Gareth Davey and his knowledge of the product and his non aggressive style of selling what I needed in the car.

I dealt with Peter Walsh who is the best car sales executive I have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. He stayed late on two evenings as we were travelling from Dublin in traffic , he took time and had great patience going through all the details . He deserves to be be promoted to a very senior position and get a big pay rise . He was amazing to deal with and an absolute credit to your company . Thank you for everything Peter .

Horrible Experience , feel cheated by their sales Team , Be careful dealing with them , I lost my Advance due to the misconfiguration done by their sales guy. Mainly precious time waiting . very poor communication and difficult to get updates on the delivery date etc. It is like take what we give you . They don't care for some type of customers . Be careful
