First order was cancelled without any…
First order was cancelled without any notification or warning and no help from in person chat and not reliable service I guess, was saying delivery was changed when it clearly wasn’t. Unsure if they take their customers seriously. Maybe just another business.
I inputted my order on Wednesday August…
I inputted my order on Wednesday August 12th the deadline for submissions that day. I upgraded from 6 to 12 meals and entered our order to be delivered for Sunday August 16th. I clearly hit the "confirmation" button BEFORE the deadline and my grown son saw me do that. Today I got 6 meals that were all wrong. Yes I did not check to see if I got the email confirmation but we clearly did hit that "confirmation" button before the deadline. Our screen told us that the new updated order had gone through for August 16th delivey. Frustrating that the wrong meals and number of meals were delivered. I emailed but they claim that the system chose for me and there was no submission. Now I am stuck with 6 meals short and the meals delivered are absolutely no meals that we like. Delicious food with great service
The customer service at Cook Unity is stellar. If I ever have an issue, they are quick to respond and very kind & helpful. The food with this service is almost always great. I do wish with some meals that the portion size was bigger and I’ve had a couple misses, but that’s out of dozens of meals I’ve tried. I really love that there are so many options with healthy whole grains & veggies. And so many protein options. It’s really helping me keep my diet on track while I don’t have the bandwidth to shop or cook right now. I’m happy with Cook Unity.
CookUnity has helped my weight loss…
CookUnity has helped my weight loss journey 100 percent. I've lost 15 pounds already and am feeling better than I have in years, thanx to the low calorie, nutritious meals I have been ordering for weeks. The food is soooo yummy and they have meals using recipes from every country. No hassle prepping, no dishes to clean. Just pop the meal in the microwave or oven and eat within a few minutes. I love CookUnity.

I love Cook Unity!
I love Cook Unity! I may never cook again! There are so many choice of different cuisines from so many different countries, along with tried and true comfort food and even elegant dining meals. They come in environment friendly packaging and require simply heating in an oven for 15 minutes. Easy peasy. And SO delicious! Website is easy to navigate too. Highly recommend.

Delicious food and great service!
My family has been enjoying these meals for more than two years. I like being able to adapt the menu offerings based on our protein and calorie preferences. The meals are always tasty, and we have plenty of favorites to choose from. Though it's always nice when they add new meals to the menu. In general, there's always a lot to choose from.

The food always arrives fresh and tastes great. The menu is large and offers a-lot of variety. The customer service is always responsive and reliable. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
Terrible customer service
HAIR found in pork 🤮
Just like any other food service it just gets old after a few weeks. My last order came last Friday and most of the meals expiration date only gave me a few days to eat 6 meals. Does not matter though as I was eating the Pork Shoulder and Mac&Cheese I literally pulled a fairly long black HAIR out of the pork. I’m traumatized.
Make sure you check your food for HAIR 🤮🤮
Cook Unity has NOT disappointed
Cook Unity has delivered 6 meals to my front door twice so far. The delivery service is prompt, cold and packed in cute black reuseable coolers. Im informed by textI that my delivery has been made and proof with a picture is given. I love the ease of cooking the meals in the microwave for only 2-3 mins. Quality premium cuisine, full of flavor and large portions too! I can choose from many varieties of chef prepared cuisine or I can (& I have) let Cook Unity choose for me. Today, I had Arabes beef mole 🌮 tacos with verve rice. The Mexican inspired chili was awesome too. I have no complaints with any of the food quality, choices or delivery. Good food and no dishes to wash, yay!
Fresh food, fresh customer service
Really enjoying every meal I’ve had from Cookunity. Also, after a mix up from my building, Cookunity made the situation right (even though it was entirely not their fault). Highly recommend!
I wish I could rate this zero stars
I wish I could rate this company zero stars. I got a referral from a friend. The meals looked pretty good and they came recommended so I thought I would give them a try. Huge mistake. I placed an order but realized it was a weekly order so I tried to pause my subscription. No, you can't pause it until you receive your first order. That's weird, but ok. Well I got my first order on Friday evening. I already have dinner plans, so I didn't try anything that night. Saturday morning (12 hours after receiving my first order) I get an email saying they've processed our next order. I haven't taken a single bite and they place me an order on my behalf that contained zero items I chose or would choose. I contact the company immediately and tell them to cancel. It's too late, they tell me. The cutoff is Saturday morning. I tell them it is Saturday morning. Well, yes, but it's too late to cancel. After expressing my frustration, the only thing they offer is to give me future credit. Here's the kicker, I've tried a couple of their meals since then and THEY ARE TERRIBLE! The Andoui Sausage is so salty I couldn't finish it. The Thai Curry is complete mush. The food is disgusting, their process is unethical and their customer service is hot garbage. 0 Stars.
Great service
Flexible delivery days really help me with being able to get ready for the week on top of delicious meal choices across the board. Love the variety and taste of meals. Been subscribed weekly for over a year and counting.
I had a horrible experience with their website
I had a horrible experience with their online ordering service. I ordered about 10 days prior and was scheduled for a Tuesday delivery. The website said I could schedule it for Sunday. I switched to Sunday to get the meals sooner. Sunday came and no delivery. The customer service team told me I had canceled my original order by rescheduling. I did not receive an email or any type of notification that my order was canceled. There was nothing on the website that told me to do anything else for rescheduling. I contacted the customer service and they said they saw that I rescheduled and later offered me 25% off my next 4 orders. It wouldn't be so bad except we don't currently have a kitchen and were counting on the delivery. Sadly we'll never try the food because the website and customer service I don't ever want to experience again.
Cook Unity has great taste and great value!
After trying several other companies, I finally tried Cook Unity! Meals are fantastic, the portions are great and price is reasonable. My favorite thing is that they come in a small cloth like cooler with some ice packs no heavy boxes to get rid of.
I couldn’t grocery shop to buy these quality of meals for the same money. They have tons of varieties to pick from, and canceling and restarting is easy if you need to.
Highly recommend!

The meals are generously portioned and they actually taste really good! Since signing up, I’ve been ordering consistently. It saves me so much time and makes meals one less thing I have to worry about.
