We used Clicktrans to arrange the transport of our personal belongings from Germany to the UK. Everything seemed straightforward until the day of collection.

The carrier was unable to complete the transport because he was apparently not in compliance with the legally required driving and rest-time rules and could not continue the journey. As a result, we were left stranded with all of our belongings after travelling to Germany specifically for the handover.

The carrier then stopped responding to our messages. We had to organise and pay for alternative solutions ourselves, including additional transport and other unexpected expenses.

What disappointed us most was Clicktrans's response. Customer support repeatedly told us that Clicktrans was "only a marketplace" and therefore had no responsibility. While I understand that Clicktrans is not the transport company, I expected much more support when a transport booked through its platform failed so completely.

A marketplace that promotes carriers through ratings and trust indicators should do more than simply refer customers back to the carrier when things go wrong. At the very least, I would have expected active mediation, assistance in arranging an alternative carrier, or meaningful support while the issue was being resolved.

Instead, we were left entirely on our own.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Clicktrans. If your transport goes smoothly, you may never need customer support. But if something goes seriously wrong, our experience suggests you should not expect the platform to stand behind the service or help resolve the problem.

Very bad service. They don’t care that companies there cheat and make people suffer financial damages.

It was pretty easy to get a budget. No problems. Deliveries done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend it. However, I do need to say that the company only gets you in touch with the drivers but then you're somewhat on your own. At the same time it's pretty quick so I would still recommend it.
