They charge 40$ for their 'express shipping' on top of the flat 20$ rate and then they ship standard. They don't reply to e-mails, they don't reply on their live chat. This is a scam.

Only received half of my order, I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a month and a half with no response. Scammed me out of $120, do not take the chance with them

Used my credit card and it took me to a whole different website to pay, then that website charged me 3 times!! Always used e-transfer for payment never had a problem! Will continue to purchase that way!! DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD

Garbage. They took my money, sent the wrong smokes. Told me they were not gonna do anything about it. First time customer. Last timw customer. I will never use another dime with these thieves. Run go amd buy somewhere else. These people everyone of the agents. Are all rude, ignorant and crooks. I would be better off throwing my money in a blender and then the garabge. They have no courtesy for their customers. Worst service ever.

We have ordered three times and we are very satisfied with our orders. Best prices and they have great discounts, coupons and referral bonuses. Worth the try!

This is an email exchange I had with their customer support:
Me: I placed the order #1xxx0 on xx.07.2026 and today I received the package. Unfortunately, instead of a carton of Divine Light Cigarettes - 25 Pack I received a carton of DuMont Light Cigarettes 25 Pack (please see the attached picture). Is there any way we can correct this?
Customer support: Unfortunately, we didn’t have divine in stock and we tried to contact you but didn’t receive an answer. We decide to switch it on most similar brand . Sorry for inconvenience
Me: I’m sorry, but how exactly did you try to contact me? To be clear, this isn't just an 'inconvenience'—you sent me a product I have absolutely no use for. I have tried Dumont before and found them unpleasant. As it stands, my only option is to throw away a carton I actually paid for. Does your company genuinely value my business, or do you simply not care about your clients?

The part about contacting me is simply not true. I never heard from them before receiving the package. The email exchange above was initiated by me after I received the wrong product, and they never replied to my last email.
Decide for yourself if you want to give them your money. You have been warned.

I too was scammed, this site needs to be shut down, i cant belove this is legal in Canada, but they will get their KARMA. They are taking peoples money and sending nothing! I pray every bad thing happen to whoever is behind this site, you will not get away with this I promise you. I serve an almighty God! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE PLEASE, I am starting a class action lawsuit!

This crappy business is horrible service sucks really bad I have nothing but problems in the last few months I never get what I ordered its the opposite of what I ordered and paid for the last order I ordered 25 packs they sent me 20s if I wanted 20s I'd order them all the wrong brand and delivery is always longer then it use to be they don't give a crap and Brad's a idiot I know he's deliberately missing me off on purpose shitty business

Close to 2 weeks, no delivery, no response, money gone. There are other trustworthy services that aren't scammers.

This is a huge scam. I paid for the order and never received anything. No one answers the phone. Don't take any chances; don't order from this place. To the owner of Cigarette Express: I will write bad reviews about you everywhere until I receive my order or a refund.

I placed an order paid $139 on April 18. Till this date am still waiting . Do something real about this. We don't need excuse.

Great customer service fast shipping quality products

Selling fake Zyns, reached out for a refund and got zero response. Disappointed they are taking advantage of people.

I ordered smokes it took 2 weeks to get to me which was completely ridiculous especially for a smoker and I spent almost $200 on three cartons of cigarettes which I technically couldn't afford but it was a better deal than what I would have gotten in a store for one carton I got three for the same price as one carton. Their customer service is no good and they're not very helpful when you try to talk to them through text-based communication and they weren't really able to help me out because they gave me the wrong order, and the description on their website wasn't done properly.
