I ordered a bat and expected it to ship within the stated timeframe. The order never shipped, and instead it was canceled. I wasn’t given the product I ordered, which wasted my time. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Won't step up and help their customers
Won't step up and help their customers. Had a warranty issue with Miken and they won't do anything to help get the warranty facilitated. Yes they have cheap bats but just terrible customer service.
