The bag I ordered has become one of those easy pieces I grab all the time. It looks clean, matches most outfits and felt worth it in the sale.

Bought 2 pairs of mens shorts via their UK website on 19 August. Not delivered until 3rd September. Inferior quality - thin see-through polyester/cotton mix with plastic zips. When I rejected them this seller offered a paltry refund, otherwise requiring me to post them to China. Yet the scrolling banner on their wesite reads "30 day returns" with no mention of this requirement, which I regard as misleading and dishonest.
I am taking the matter up with my bank, whose debit card I used to pay for the goods, asking for a refund. It remains to be seen if they will agree.
Do not buy online from this seller if you may possibly want to return what you bought.

This is a Chinese scam website. The shirt wss delivered late, only after being chased. The shirt was not as represented on their website (and is identically represented on many different, but clearly scam, websites).
It was mo more than a rag.

Please rest assured that we have taken your feedback very seriously and have also coordinated with the relevant department to review this so we can continue improving our products.

We completely respect your decision if you would like to return the item, and we would be happy to assist you with the process. However, to save you the hassle of returning it, we would like to offer a 15% refund, and you may keep the item. You may also resell it if you wish.

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and since our warehouse is international, there may also be possible customs fees. The return process may also take up to 3 weeks before the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Our goal is to make this as convenient as possible for you, and we truly value your satisfaction. Please let us know which option works best for you, and we will proceed right away.

This is clearly an illegitimate and illegal website.

Any return fees that were not made clear in the process of this order are unlawful under English law (any ambiguity in small print regarding significant clauses must me made expressly clear: screen shots demonstrate this is not present). Therefore, I shall not only exercise the full powers of this purchase through my credit card, but I shall also ensure I take appropriate action to ensure full reputational responsibility of this illegitimate / unlawful company (and foreign subsidiaries). To ensures other customers can avoid this scam and your supply chain is investigated.

I therefore request a full break down of your return policy (and all fees as is required to happen in accordance with English statutory law (Section 68 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the common law principle of Contra Proferentem. I record and photograph all my purchases to share with my credit card company. If this request is not transparent or not provided, I shall start legal proceedings via my credit card provider ASP.

To make it clear; the items that were not clearly advertised as international on the website (as required under UK, EU and international law); took weeks to arrive; and raise reasonable suspicion to international modern slavery supply chains (UN 2011 ESG frameworks). Consequently, these items were not as described, nor satisfactory quality, nor fit for purpose.’ Thereby, under English law I shall make the relevant bodies aware of this scam (Akzo Nobel Chemicals Ltd v European Commission (C-550/07 P) [2011] 2 A.C. 338 (distinguished); The Crime (Overseas Production Orders) Act 2019 provisions to speed-up & facilitate cross-border criminal law enforcement.

Forget the 30 day refund promise. They won’t give it threatening to charge import duty on your goods which have obviously been imported from abroad although never stated in their advertising. The quality of the goods is very poor. Never again will I deal with this company.

The packaging was better than I expected for an affordable fashion store. My dress came clean, folded properly and ready to wear after a quick steam. The material felt nicer than I imagined from the photos. It was a very easy purchase overall.

I ordered a bodysuit and a pair of boots and both came packed properly. The bodysuit is soft and sits nicely under jackets. The boots look stylish without being uncomfortable. Checkout also felt secure and simple.

Do not buy from them. Complete fraud. The quality of the product is very very poor, cheap. I wanted to return the items only to be told that their warehouse is in China and the offer of a 30% refund is cheaper than the cost of sending it back. I bought over £100 worth of items. Had I known how cheap the shoes I bought are I would have cancelled them straight away. The shoes went in the bin.

Requested a return.
They emailed link return address in China.
Posted the items costing £27.
Emailed proof of postage.
Reply email from CharleSmith stating I had sent my package to the wrong address and I would not receive a refund.
No refund and postage over £110.
TOTAL RIP OFF...

Stay well away from them. Total FRAUD and SCAM. I paid £20.66 for advertised shirt and after 10 days received totally different inferior worth not even 0.50 pence. I complained by email and received a standard email and their return policy is simply not worth returning. Their phone advertised on website is also fake. Try dialling and call will fail, which proves that the whole setup based on FRAUD.

I had a question about delivery and support got back to me clearly. That gave me more confidence in the store.

The size guide was actually helpful which is not always the case with online clothing stores. My bodysuit fit well and the material felt comfortable. It was easy to style with jeans and a blazer. I also appreciated the simple returns policy being clearly mentioned.

My summer set fits well and feels relaxed without looking messy. It’s the kind of outfit I’ll use a lot on holidays. The material feels light enough for warmer days. I liked that the style looked clean rather than too bold.

I picked up a spring dress and a light jacket and both felt very easy to wear. The site was simple to browse, sizing was clear and the order arrived neatly packed.

I ordered a linen shirt and it turned out to be a solid buy. The fit was clean, the fabric felt breathable and delivery was quick.

The jacket I ordered has a clean shape and doesn’t feel bulky. It’s good for evenings when you want something simple but still smart.

Ordered a bag for my daughter to go back to school with took 2 weeks to arrive when the bag came it was smelling very unpleasant on this being my first time ordering with them I don’t think I would order again

The first thing I noticed was how clean the website felt. I found a coord set quickly and didn’t feel lost while browsing. The size guide was clear enough for me to choose confidently. When the outfit arrived, it looked lovely and felt comfortable.

My coord set was the highlight of the order. It can be worn together or separately, so it feels like I got more outfit options from one purchase.

The clothing section had a nice mix of dresses, tops, sets and jackets. I didn’t feel overwhelmed which I really appreciated.
