I ordered an air conditioning unit from this company on 2nd July 2026 and it was expected to be delivered by 17th July 2026.

The company and product I ordered had good reviews on the website.

I kept checking on the order status and by 7th July, it said it was 'in transit' which I felt looked promising. However, it got to 17th July and there was no change in the tracking and no delivery, I had heard nothing.

I emailed the company and heard nothing back, after a few days I emailed again and got an email back (almost instantly may I add, almost as if I were speaking with AI!), asking for the email I used and the order number, I wasn't asked for an email when making the order, just my mobile number which I did receive an order conformation text on. I explained that I only had my mobile number and order number to go on, they said I needed to have an email, I argued this as they allowed me to check out and pay for the product using only a mobile number, they then said they would pass this on to be looked into further and will get back to me, a couple of days later I still hadn't heard anything so I emailed again today, only to receive back undeliverable notifications, stating the email address did not exist. I then clicked on the link that I received when I had my order conformation text, it said the link had expired and gave me the option to receive a new link, I never received one despite clicking it several times.

Another few red flags I noticed prior to this, my tracking number was very sequenced.. like '123456789...' which I found odd. I also noticed that the reviews for the product had disappeared when checking the website not long after ordering the product. Also, when I went on to the tracking website directly (Yun Express), the tracking number couldn't be found, but I thought this may be because it hadn't yet been dispatched.

I was desperate when ordering this product as the UK has been having a constant heatwave and my apartment is boiling, I also have a cat who has been suffering in this heat and every other aircon unit seemed to be out of stock, I was worried about ordering but I knew two other people who had also ordered the same product which made me feel more reassured, however they unfortunately are also now receiving the undeliverable notifications when emailing despite being told it was being looked into, the website has also disappeared for them as well.

Please DO NOT buy from this website, it is very clearly a scam!

In my opinion, this company displays every warning sign that consumers should be wary of. Do not believe they actually have any items to send and are instead a front tomfoolery you into parting with your money.

I ordered a portable air conditioner during the heatwave. Payment was taken immediately. I then received an email claiming the item had been dispatched, complete with a tracking number that cannot be found on the carrier's own tracking system or on international parcel tracking websites.

Their website has continued to claim my order is "In Transit" for weeks despite there being no verifiable evidence that the parcel has ever entered a courier's network.

I received one generic response from customer services blaming delays with their logistics team. After that, despite sending multiple follow up emails, I received no further replies whatsoever.

The telephone number listed on their website also did not work when I tried it.

Looking through the reviews, I found many customers describing almost exactly the same experience. I cannot say with certainty what has happened in every case, but I can say that my experience follows the same pattern.

If it talks like a scam, presents as a scam and acts like a scam. It is probably a scam.

If your air conditioner is needed for the current weather, I would strongly suggest buying from an established retailer that can demonstrate it actually has stock and can provide working tracking.

SCAMMERS F SCAMMERS. DON'T BE IDIOT LIKE ME, PAYING £300 FOR AIRCON, AND NEVER F RECEIVING ONE. NO REFUND, NO AIRCON, IT'S BEEN 1 MONTHS!!! COMMUNICATIONS ARE THROUGH THE BUTTHOLE, THEY EVEN REPLY TO MY EMAILS IS F ARABIC LANGUAGE FFS.

Scam! Ordered an air-con unit 4th July, tracking number “not found”. I emailed and they said not unusual as it is moving through early stages of international shipping…still no updates and the window for delivery has been and gone. Avoid!! Wish I had seen these reviews earlier

We we're trying to buy a portable air conditioning unit from this company. And they give us like trucking number, but never works. So we still waiting for that product to be deliver since 4ft july ,and I believe never happen ,try few times to chat with them and claim the money back but NOT A GOOD RESULT keep telling the different stories!

I ordered an aircon unit on 1 July. It has supposedly been in transit since then. Originally it was supposed to arrive within a few days, then by 16 July. It still hasn't arrived. They do not communicate. It seems that it is a scam.

Bought an air con unit, they gave me a tracking code that was not valid. They then said the unit was delayed by a matter of weeks. I asked to cancel the order, they said they’d process the refund. No refund has been processed, only getting AI responses. Having to go through my credit card company to get the money back. Please avoid this company, fraudsters.

This company no longer exists, the website is now down and the email address no longer works.

It’s a scam. Each time I put in the tracking number provided a different order number populates. If I type in the actual order number and email address then no order is found at all lol. I still can’t believe I got conned. When placing the order it said 2-3 days delivery then it suddenly disappeared and it’s been in “transit “ forever taking over 2 weeks now and then there’s a silly chat gbt auto reply. They use excuses about international shipping being hard to track ..mind u I am always buying off Ali express and get updates. Please avoid

This website is a scam, do not use.

Same as most reviews ordered aircon unit given a delivery date still nothing. Their website is now flagged as fraudulent by Nord VPN, no response from customer services, I have now raised a dispute with my bank .

Same as everyone else. Ordered an air con unit. Not arrived and now the support email bouncing back. No way to contact any other way for refund so have contacted my bank who will take 45 days to investigate. Very disappointing and this company should be investigated for fraud.

Scam I’ve avoid at all costs. Air con as supposedly been in transit since 4th July, not responding to communications, emails, absolutely scam. Thankfully I used my credit card, so I’m able to claim my money back, but don’t fall for this companies scams.

Order not arrived just told delayed Tracking provided invalid not found even checked on the global tracking website 17track so asked for a refund am now being passed around so not hopefull for a refund but will initiate a section 75 with bank if not heard back in couple of days it’s all a scam

Scam. Everything is AI slop nonsense. Bought an ac, they sent a fake shipping number like everyone else and then has ghosted me. Gonna have to do a chargeback through my credit card. Low lifes.
