Good service, I've been using several plug-ins and they are user friendly in general

We use quite a few modules from cedcommerce on our Magento related to marketplace integration like Amazon. It works great. We can connect multiple accounts as well.

It's time to give CedCommerce 5 stars again. After years of struggles with obviously less qualified support engineers, CedCommerce' WooCommerce integration for marketplaces like Amazon and eBay is now a clear thumbs-up and receives my recommendation.
The team is eager to provide outstanding service when it comes to customizations. In recent time, all problems that have occurred were fixed in no time, and they followed all my customization instructions, providing me with a light-weight, easy to use tool that combining all Woocommerce, eBay and Amazon sales effortlessly in the background and reliably synchronizes prices and stock levels between all platforms.

They provide fast response times, excellent communication to support their marketplace integration plugins. The onboarding was very supportive, working together with the initial configuration to offer our inventory to other marketplaces through the easy to use CedCommerce plugins. Excellent job guys!

Terrible billing and cancellation policy.

I installed the app for a specific use case, but after the trial it turned out the app was not suitable for what I needed. I was charged $89 and contacted support immediately to cancel and request a refund.

They refused the refund because the trial had ended. Even worse: I was told that if they cancelled the subscription, the plan would be deactivated immediately. So I paid $89 for a month, but after cancellation I can no longer use the app.

That is an absolutely terrible and unfair policy. Either refund the payment, or let customers use the month they already paid for. Taking the money and removing access is unacceptable.

Support was polite, but the billing policy is awful. I would strongly warn other merchants to be very careful before starting a trial with CedCommerce.

Ayushi was extremely helpful working through a problem uploading products from my webstore to my TikTok shop. After patiently explaining the process to me to no avail (I still could get resolution), Ayushi ended up doing for me what needed to get done so my products uploaded successfully.

Great experience - always able to help and useful apps. Comes highly recommended after 4 years of use.

We've been using the CedCommerce WooCommerce to Etsy integration and have been very pleased with both the plugin and the support provided.

We encountered a couple of configuration and synchronisation issues during setup, and Akshay was extremely helpful throughout the process. Communication was prompt, professional, and he kept us updated until everything was fully resolved. The issues were fixed quickly, and he also took the time to answer additional questions about order syncing and fulfilment workflows.

It's refreshing to receive support from someone who genuinely follows through and makes sure everything is working correctly rather than simply closing tickets. The integration is now running smoothly, syncing inventory and orders as expected.

A big thank you to Akshay for the excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
