I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but the returns process was super easy and I got a refund very quickly.
I then ordered the necklace I wanted and it was delivered quickly in beautiful packaging. The necklace is gorgeous and just what I wanted.

Deliveries arrive on time, securely and wrapped well. Items are exactly as described.

I love the app, I love seeing the different ideas on how to wear the jewellery, obviously it makes me want to buy everything! My order came packaged really well and came in good time, the items were actually a lot more beautiful than I had expected, it’s only because I’ve ordered from shops before and been let down with the quality, however Carrie Elizabeth jewellery is honestly so lovely, I have already been back and ordered charms for my chains. I ordered my wedding ring. There was a helpful ring style and size guide. It estimated 6-8 weeks for delivery. It arrived before this date and it fits and looks perfect. Couldn’t be happier

I absolutely love this necklace! I’d had my eye on it for ages, so I was thrilled when it went from 30% off to 40% off, it felt like the perfect time to treat myself. Delivery was really quick, and the packaging was absolutely beautiful. It felt so special to open.

The necklace itself is gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. My only struggle has been with the clasp. I have fibromyalgia, and because it’s a short necklace with the clasp sitting so close to the stone, I’ve found it really difficult to fasten by myself. It also sits quite high on my neck, but that’s down to me choosing a shorter length and being a plus-size girl rather than any fault with the necklace.

Overall, I’m so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. The quality, presentation and value for money have all been fantastic.
