first thing was a dead battery. I had to handle it myself. get a towing company. bring the car to a garage. I had no car for two days. complicated if you life in the mountains. Secondly I was harrassed twice for exceeding km. Taking photos etc. thirdly I had to take photos for the tires. Twice. still the tires are low on profile. it seems to me that all what matters for carify is profit. Also the communication is sub standard. its difficult to get hold of someone responsible. i cannot exactly remember the date of the battery failure. but I think what matters is that it happened

Great Customer Service! All Inclusive Service!
I rented from Carify as I needed a short-term rental, and this fitted what I needed. There was a range of cars to choose from with different budgets. I had a few issues, including an accident and a malfunctioning battery. The customer service was quick to respond to help me solve my problem.
I have been renting for more than a year now and I highly recommend Carify for a hassle-free experience.

We had a very positive experience renting a car through Carify. While there were a few minor hiccups at the beginning of the process, the team was always prompt, responsive, and highly professional.
