My order turned out beautifully. And I can't believe the price. I had seen the acrylic block prints I was ordering at double the price. They turned out so well many of my co-workers asked me who did them and made me give them the name of the website!

I ordered $800 worth of photos. One of them arrived blurry. It would have been nice to know that the photo I submitted wouldn’t work. I printed 21 photos.

Ordered a 24x36 canvas
Ordered a 24x36 canvas. What I got was not even close to the right size and they said that's normal. Which is bull. Would NEVER order from them again or recommend them to anyone. I have asked to send it back for a refund so we will see. You already have an open ticket on this.

Just AWFUL - EVERYTHING
Very RUDE
Followed all directions to return item that was not as described at checkout: you have to wait 10 minutes for an email for additional information, per telephoned customer service - Poor Quality! Poor Imaging! Worse than Poor Customer Service - Feels like total scam. Item advertised as s throw blanket and item that arrived not much bigger than a large dish cloth. Imaging looks derived from machinery from the 1980s as does the quality of the cloth... Actually, anything from the 1980s would be light years better than what I received. Very Rude telephone attendant - started yelling at me... Scam! Buyer Beware!! "Top quality photo products printed in the USA Fast Turnaround & 100% money back guarantee. Excludes mixblox photo books & calendars printed in the EU..." "If your photo product does not put a smile on your face, tell us & we'll take care of it - we promise..." Meanwhile - you have to take more pictures of the product and send to us and wait for an email that will take 10-15 minutes to reach you... You CANT make this up... NIGHTMARE!!! EXPERIENCE!!!
