The furniture is terrible quality. I ordered the "Ernest" TV furniture and the quality was appalling, the "wood" was really cheap plastic looking foil. When I removed the assembly stickers, the whole fake wood film came off.
I wish I would have known before how bad the material they use is and I would have never ordered

Terrible product quality, broke down in multiple places during assembly. Would not recommend.

I ordered a Chiffonier from them from a third-party website. The item came with missing pieces so I could not assemble the furniture. I reached out to Calicosy and they said it had nothing to do with them even if the item is theirs. This issue was never resolved completely for me; I am still missing a part of one shelf. Do not buy from them, the customer service is non existent and they do not care if paying customers receive incomplete items.

I ordered a bed through FonQ.nl. The bed is from Calicosy and folds up for storage. Delivery was within the stated timeframe, and upon first glance at the components, everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, the opposite was true when assembling the bed. Several parts were a bit crooked or didn't fit together well. However, this was something we managed with a bit of effort. Until we arrived at the installation of the bed's center beam. This beam should have holes in it to accommodate the rubber pins for the slatted frame spacers. It should also have holes for the support legs. However, the center beam in my package didn't have a single hole. I contacted customer service, and thankfully, they responded very quickly; they apologized and said they would send a new beam as soon as possible. After not hearing anything for a few days, I contacted them again to ask when the beam would be delivered, as I'd been without a bed for that entire time. Then came the message that it was no longer in stock. Great, so I had to contact them myself to find out. The solution they offered was to return everything or keep the bed as is and receive a 40% refund. With some improvisation using a metal drill, we managed to drill holes in the beam and decided to keep the bed and get the 40% refund. However, when we continued assembling the bed, it turned out that part of the mechanism that opens and closes the bed was completely immobile. We tried everything, but it wouldn't work. It also turned out that a hole was missing in another beam. We've since emailed about the option of a 40% refund and are still awaiting a response/refund. We also mentioned that the mechanism doesn't work either. To end things on a positive note: it's a nice looking bed that seems quite sturdy. Customer service has also responded quickly (so far) and offered a solution for the middel beam problem (40% refund or 100% refund and return the bed). The delivery also went as expected.

After not receiving an 'order shipped' email for a few days, I got a little worried and checked the site's reviews which made me even more worried, but then my order arrived the next day and the two baskets I bought were just what I wanted. It took 4 or 5 working days to get from France to Spain. Calicosy should send updates when orders are despatched.

This crap company cali cosy . Ridiculous .. spent two three hours trying to put together a piece of junk basically . Lots of faults with the product no holes in the wood and couldn’t connect the frame to the wood piece .. absolute waste of 120 € .. won’t ever buy from either company .. shame on them

Terrible customer service. Ordered an item and it never arrived. When I notified the company they demanded that I sign a legal documentation and send copies of my passport otherwise they wouldn't even begin to look into it.
Never have I ever encountered these malicious practices. They bully the customer into signing/sending highly sensitive information that isn't even remotely required to solve these issues. If you don't you can kiss your refund goodbye. Absolutely heinous.

I ordered two big baskets, and both arrived in weird shapes and sizes - unusable, for me. The company offered either a 50% reimbursement or to resend the products back - with an expected delivery of replacements of 6 weeks from now. After a bit of back and forth, I was told that the delivery was going to take at most 6 days - at this point, I agreed with this option. However, in order for this to happen, I first had to hand over the package (over 50x50 cm) to the nearest post office. With such a large box, without a car available, and not being close to any PO, I refused to do so. I asked for a home pickup, which sadly was not available for "light packages". This is the point when I wrote my first negative review here on trustpilot. Right afterwards I was contacted by the company with a new available option: to consider editing my review in exchange of a full refund, without the need to resend the baskets over. Did I get a full refund? Yeah. How? By promising to edit this review. Would I ever purchase anything else from this company? Well, I'm sorry but I don't think so.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ORDERED FROM THEM AND CANCELLED MY ORDER 4 DAYS LATER ALTHOUGH THE ORDER CLEARLY SAYS THAT DELIVERY WILL ONLY BE IN 3 WEEKS. WHEN I CANCELLED THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL AS APPARENTLY THE ITEM WAS ALREADY SENT BUT THEY NEVER SENT ME TRACKING DETAILS. A LOT OF STORIES AND EMAILS LATER AND THEM INSISTING I WILL PAY RETURN COST AS IT WAS ALREADY SENT I FOUND OUT THAT RETURN COST IS EUR 321.43.

I recommend this company for receiving fourniture via transportation. I received mine quickly without any damage. Besides the client service was helpful and kind before my order.

Fraudulent company. I paid for an item that has never been received and they do not refund the amount paid. The tracking number supplied is also not functioning and they keep claiming the shipping company

I was sent a very junky blow dryer stand by this company. It does not even hold together when assembled. I attempted to leave a review on the site they directed me too, Avis vérifiés, where they « rejected « multiple accurate reviews of their poor products and services. They sent me a mail asking what the problem was, i responded immediately, and never heard anything substantive in terms of a response. I would steer clear of both Calicosy and other websites who have contracted with Avis Verifies to "moderate" negative reviews.
