This really changed my business, it's amazing.
So you can set your own questions to ask callers, then you can integrate it with your calender so customers can call up check their bookings ask to amend their booking and more definitely worth the money if your juggling admin and still working.
Teams very helpful and reachable within hours, systems are very smooth.

Have quite a complicated system and didnt think AI could do it but handling it better than me. Very easy to use and quick to set up and support is great even over bank holiday weekends

I’ve been really impressed with Cyberstaff from day one. Setting everything up was straightforward, and the AI receptionist has been much better than I expected. It answers questions about my treatments, pricing, FAQs and booking process naturally, takes messages professionally, and gives my clients a much better experience when I’m busy with appointments.

James has been absolutely brilliant throughout. He replied quickly to every email, listened to my feedback, and even tailored the Starter plan to suit my business. He also helped customise my AI so it correctly explains my cancellation policy instead of giving incorrect information.

Been trying out other alternatives in the market, and to this day I haven't tried a product better. Cyberstaff have made the impossible seem possible with their AI receptionist - and it gets better everyday. It automatically books in appointments in my calendar so no time goes to waste sorting out unecessary admin. It is incredibly human and cost effective - especially in this current climate. This AI receptionist really freed our hands while we were busy at work and handled all calls professionally and in a very organised manner. The recording is provided to listen to the tone of the conversation and reactions. It's difficult not to rely on this AI receptionist now. The only thing we cannot do is book the appointment and handle money transactions, but once we hear the conversation, we complete what's left. At least we don't miss the call from our clients

Cyberstaff was easy to set up, and the feedback we have received from our clients has been phenomenal, stating that the ai agent was almost human like and that it was able to answer their enquiry. In addition the summary of the call is super useful not to mention the time the application saves from time wasters, spam calls and even ai callers that our agent has even conversed with…..makes the call summary quite entertaining when two ai agents are talking to each other and have determined that they are both ai!

When we took on a new large client, we anticipated a lot more incoming calls. So, working with CyberStaff we created a specific FAQ for calls regarding the one new client. The majority of queries are answered by our 'receptionist' leaving our staff to respond to more complex queries.

The ai receptionist is actually good. I called the number and it handles conversations well. It sounds authentic!
