I’m warning everyone about CVNeed.

I never provided my bank details, phone number, or address — only my email — and weeks later I started receiving fake “payment reminders” (Mahnung) claiming I owe €126.87. They threaten with debt collectors (Inkasso) and try to scare people into paying, even though there is no valid contract or payment authorization.

This is a manipulative scam based on fear. I have documented all their messages and screenshots and will hand them over to my lawyer.

Please do not pay anything to this company — they cannot legally charge you without a signed agreement or banking data. Stay alert and warn others!
I have already received multiple fake invoices and harassing emails.
My lawyer is informed and legal actions are being prepared.

I again have a problem with this site. I unsubscribed and wrote a comment here reviews/681c6eda89a50c173df0c249. They sent me an invoice with zero because I don't want to use their service anymore, but from September!!!, They have a bug ?? Why did you keep my information? I don't know what the bill is. Please, delete my info. If not, I will complain officially.

They tricked me into thinking it’s a free service and now they keep trying to take £7.50 form my account and it won’t stop. PLEASE do not use this service

I’m not even in your country abi city. I didn’t subscribed or registered for any CV. How come I am receiving emails concerning what I don’t know of. I am in Imo state and I’m receiving what I don’t know off. What kind of Rubbish scam is this.shin shin una nor go see. Nonesense scammers

I payed two Factures to them and I asked to cancel my subscription on their website but they didn't did and they still sending me more Rechnung to pay it despite that from Mars i send my Kündigung for this reason, i took the decision to complain about them and to follow the legal process.

Cvneed’s sneaky tactics fooled me into thinking it was a free CV builder. Their site isn’t upfront about costs, and that’s on purpose; their service isn’t worth paying for when dozens of other sites offer free resume tools. They lure you with a 14-day “free trial” without asking for payment details, so everyone signs up just to check it out. It’s a deliberate trap: they don’t remind you when the trial ends, and since no bank info is entered, most people forget about it. Then, out of nowhere, they hit you with invoices (mine was €57.87) and aggressive threats of debt collectors and extra fees. Consumer pressure forced them to change their sign-up process recently, and the Dutch ACM banned them from taking new customers for their shady practices. Yet, they keep harassing past users like me with baseless demands. They’re completely unfair and dishonest, stand firm against their threats, and don’t pay!

This is totally a scam. I have never used there service but now its threatening me to pay this and that amount. If you do this continously I will take leagal actions since this has become a pressure for me and my mental health is also in a bad condition thinking of this.

They threaten me every day that they will take legal action, but I don't know why I haven't received any subscription mail.I am sick.my health condition are very worst now.But gave me too much pressure.if my health condition getting bad for you guys I will take legal action.please don't send me any message next time.

I have never used your services and in spite of that i have received a bill of 60 euros. Outrageous!! Sending threats of handing the file over to collection agency and filing a complaint seems very disgusting.

CV Scam

I have only once used their service and have revoked but they are sending letter by post and to email as well.
I contact the support and asked for proof that I am subscribed with them, no response yet.

It's clearly a scam and I won't pay any single penny. I will go to legal team if you continue harrasing me.

Same thing happening to my son. Demanding payment and collection fees of £100! Outrageous. Sending threatening letters about collection agencies! Do not use this site. It is obviously happening to thousands of people

I am getting invoice again and again on email. I didn't even use any service from so called cvneed and also I really don't know what this is??
If I was taking your subscription where is the confirmation email??.
I have to go to the higher authorities I have already checked everywhere they are totally fraud..
If you see this @cvneed delete my data from your page otherwise I have to go to the higher authorities because I am a heart patient I didn't take these types of stress.

I am writing regarding the invoice sent to me. I dispute this invoice and any claim of debt.

At the time of creating my CV, I was not clearly informed that your service required a paid subscription. This is misleading and amounts to a hidden subscription trap. I never gave my informed consent to enter into a paid contract.

I am therefore not liable for any payment, including so-called "reminder" or "collection" fees. Forcing me to pay in order to unsubscribe is also against EU and UK consumer protection laws.

I request:
1. Immediate cancellation of any account or subscription in my name.
2. Written confirmation that no further payment is required.
3. Deletion of my personal data under GDPR Article 17, except what you are legally required to keep.

If you continue to pursue this unjustified demand, I will have no choice but to report your practices to Citizens Advice UK, the European Consumer Centre, and relevant authorities. Many customers have already complained about your misleading practices, and I am prepared to add my formal complaint.

don’t use this website i am now having post sent to my door about having to apparently pay a some of €83.64 within a certain time or they will take action. i would hope that they can see this review and would just like to address that i am a MINOR and was told this was completely free of charge now i feeling scared although i genuinely shouldn’t be as i’ve not agreed to anything and i’ve also went back and cancelled said subscription about a month or 2 ago and i still keep getting this i have been intouch with my bank and made them aware of the situation and my parents will be getting intouch with the police if any further threats or invoices come through. Took money out of my bank £7.50 day after day even when irs not meant to do that. Also wouldn’t let me cancel because I didn’t get a reference number and when I’ve emailed them they take a while to answer back just so they can take money out again and again. Took my details out and still somehow took money out of my bank all together it’s taken £30 when I’ve emailed many times to say I want it cancelled. I tried to ring them and it always says that the call is unavailable so I will be wanting a refund as it said it was for free at the start.

My daughter created a cv when she followed a link for a FREE service. She was only 17 and they have started to send threatening letters demanding payment.

For some reason I do not know how my email got to these guys and now they even send threatening emails of reporting to agencies!! I mean how? I do not even need you as I do not have a need for a CV yet, how on earth am I even to pay for a thing I do not have an idea about in the first place? Until this morning, I have always flagged their email as scam even then I took a minute to read the content in my spam only to read the threatening email!!

Scammers, do not visit their website, because at first they said free Cv make and after i was done in about a month they started asking me for money and every month they be doubling it. I wish i can this scammer so i can punish him
