I was blocked over an outstanding payment of only €200, which I was ready to pay immediately by credit card or cash. Despite the small amount, they were unable to provide a payment link or even a card payment terminal, even though electronic payment options are now standard and legally required.
The staff on the phone were rude, unprofessional, and clearly unable to handle a customer call properly. To make matters worse, they left workers in 34°C heat for days without access to water.
Overall, the service was completely unacceptable. Poor communication, poor management, and a total lack of customer care. I would not recommend this company.

The delivery service was terrible. We paid for delivery to the door and up to the first floor. We had to walk to get the product and carry 10 bags of salt a half kilometer Absolutely horrible and will not order again. No one from Culligan has reached out. Shocker.

Expensive to change the filters yearly and the customer service is honestly one of the worst I've ever experienced. I would recommended avoiding Culligan and opting for a different company!

Your driver with licence plate HN22 X** nearly ran me over and killed me pulling into the bus lane at high speed on Camberwell Road just now in London. I was on a scooter and they didn't see me at all. Came to within about a foot of me and only missed because I pulled away from him. I was looking at him in his wing mirror in his orange high vis vest and he didn't even see me even afterwards when I caught up to him to take photos of his van and license plate. I'll be reporting him to the police for reckless driving.

I am an American living in Piedmonte. I am very familiar with culligan USA. We have two homes and have installed systems in each. Donato who sold us the system work with us diligently making sure we understood what we were getting at the price that was good. Marco the technician who installed the system couldn’t have been more gracious and respectful when installing the system. He made sure we understood how everything worked and what we needed to do. We are happy with our Culigan men!

it has been 3 years since someone came to sanitise and clean the water machines. Yet you are sending us invoices saying that you have sanitised the machines??????

I called head office many times and nothing was done about it. No matter the number of times I have reported this no one seems to be doing anything to change the name of your company, you are the champion at that!!! But to do the job not so much
can we have someone to contact me ASAP as we cannot use the machines until they get cleaned

We are very happy with Calligan but found a little difficult and frustrating that I needed to inform multi times that my mobile is not always on and given our care lady mobile for all the services and delivery but it took a real struggle to make it happen but it done finally , thank you .

I book an inspection for a purification plant for the stipulation of a quote. The representative forces the signing of the loan agreement immediately in a very rude way and complaining that according to him, since the price was expensive for us and we were not convinced, we made fun of him. Surely after today he will never contact the company again even under torture given the poor education of their representatives in talking to the customer.
