I found Brightlife Direct through an online search and am so glad I did! They have super helpful people answering their online chat box. Alice listened well and directed me to a brand of stockings that was new to me but perfectly fit my summer needs! Mediven Sheer and Soft are a nice soft compression stocking that do not compromise on the stated compression strength! I am pleasantly surprised to find that the Mediven do not snag or get runs easily the way some of the "silky compression hose" have when I wore them.

I have ordered from Brightlife several times and each and every time I have been very satisfied. It’s very easy to navigate and get through the whole process of choosing item(s) & the payment portion. They have a wide variety of products to choose from as well~

I received my Allegro Soft microfiber support pantyhose promptly and was pleased with how well made they were.
Getting them on proved to be a challenge until I started putting on a pair of pantyhose first. Now these support stocking are a part of my regular workout.

The site is easy to use, except that it can be a little difficult to find out the status of one's rewards.

I have been doing business with Brightlifedirect.com for over 20 years. The company itself is reliable and customer forward. However, my complaint is mainly with the pricing of a single pair of compression stockings having gone up 300% in those 20 years. And the quality has dropped 50% of the same items. This is not the fault of the distributor Brightlifedirect.com, but I believe they have a larger say in their suppliers to improve or maintain the quality of the items rather than the corporate standard of “Enshitification” of every single item in America. The fact that the price keeps going up and the quality of the item keeps going down, makes me not want to do business with this company anymore or any other distributor who is not holding their suppliers accountable on behalf of their customers

Company was easy to do business with. Communication and follow-up were great. Socks fit great and I would highly recommend.

We purchased Medi Care Wash for compression hose care. You only need a drop or two and it does a very good job. We've purchased other products from this website and have always found it to be easy to navigate, with good quality products and customer service readily available.

I placed my $100 + order 01 June 2026 by phone, was informed deliver 7 to 10 working days excluding public holiday (08/06/26).
Follow up enquiry (1) (12/06/26) ETA ...Was informed back orders being processed my order had NOT left warehouse....problem also, two (ex) staff had moved to Queensland ?
Follow up enquiry (2) (17/06/26)....Now told they have moved to a new warehouse and my order will not be processed for 2 or 3 more weeks.

THAT WOULD NOW TAKE APPROX 6 weeks before I might ever sight my delivery...NOT 7 to 10 working days as first promised.

The folks at BrightLife Direct have been helping me for years to make sure I have the right compression socks for me! Thanks for your patience and understanding making sure I am completely satisfied with my choices even though I might have goofed up ordering!

I always order my donning gloves from them. They have all sizes and the price is good. I normally get them sooner than they tell me. Why should i order from any other company???

I immediately placed a new order for the correct one, and returning the original purchase was incredibly easy. The whole process was quick, and the return was accepted without any issues. The product is carried at BrightLife, the price is good and the shipping is fast. What's not to like about the company. I once had to write asking about the delivery of the product and the response was very fast.

Brightlifedirect.com is a legitimate website which kept me informed in all the processes of my order which had been reassuring for me as a customer.

Customer service was awesome!! My first order got lost in shipping and they quickly 2 day shipped new order! Will order from Brightlife again in future!

Unfortunately, I had to return the socks as they were not wide enough. The replacement socks they sent fit well. Customer support handling the return was outstanding!!!

Brightlife Direct website is easy to navigate. Customer service is excellent. I have ordered several times from them. Never had any issues.

I have always had a great experience ordering from BrightLife and I love the Alegro compression socks that I get I’ve been ordering from them for about 12 years. they’re always helpful if I have any questions. I’ve had to return some things in the past and they’ve also been very good with returns. I keep going back to them because they’re so friendly and I haven’t found any socks that I like better than the Allegro socks I get from them.
