I have learned the HARD way
I have learned the HARD way, once I feel stronger, better, I tend to let using brain tap slid. It's as if I THINK I can NOW handle everything. WRONG!!
I wish I had discovered this amazing creation/help years ago. I started at 80 Yrs old, there is NO AGE limit. i found it more helpful using it several times a day. With age, it's going take more times daily, or at least it did for me.
Bottom line: IT DON'T WORK, IF YOU DON'T USE IT!

Too expensive.
Too expensive.. great product too pricey for my market. Should put numbers on each process .. easier to annotate in my office..need to clean up text and artwork .. some artwork and text doesn’t match up .. otherwise I love B-Tap!!

Customer service is terrible. It takes forever for my rep to call me back and half the time when I call customer service I get a voicemail and no one ever calls back.

Just couldn't continue to subscribe and look the other way on poor customer care
After 7 years of using Braintap app / headset I had to part ways. They no longer look out for users' best interests like they once did. And it didn't have the same affect. Always had to start app twice and then even though paid subscriber, was limited on number of sessions. It says that nowhere on the site. Customer service went steadily down hill. It was not good talking to them anymore. They didn't have my back. You have to autorenew with them or cancel 30 days prior to your annual subscription renewing. That is deceptive. Users subscribe to reduce stress, not get more, which is happening more and more with braintap. Their ethics are now questionable, which is unfortunate because there was huge potential on this app. I will look online for free / low cost apps without expensive equipment. I am so sorry this happened, I did try but braintap support steadily declined.

I absolutely love the concept
I absolutely love the concept. I find it was life changing. Helped with my anxiety and reprogrammed my nervous system from fight or flight to a normal state. Dr Patrick Porter is definitely on to something and it would do the world good if everybody did it. My biggest complaint is the quality of the headset. I had to send two headphone sets back because the visor lights quit and two pairs where the earphone connected to the headband broke twice on me under extremely gentle use. They were good about replacing in the 12-month period but the amount of times it needed to be replaced was pretty crazy. Also the headphones leather that cups around your ear is extremely cheap and cracks and gets uncomfortable. I bought better quality headsets for durability and sound from walmart for literally a quarter of the price. I understand that this is a specialty headset but the quality really needs to be improved.

Use the BrainTap headset for personal use , don’t be a Sales Rep
While the product is the best of the best, the customer service, sales team & tech group is the WORST EVER
Dr Porter, the scientific genius behind the product design & function along with his Michael Porter, the operational & scientific genius have a revolutionary masterpiece but unfortunately the customer service for in field sales & clinics is the worst imaginable. Then when you add in the commissions & staff support, it’s not worth it!
Just enjoy your headset until BrainTap gets back to people first and quality support

Amazing reset of the sympathetic nervous system
I developed a tumor on my left thumb. The Braintap app has been incredibly helpful for pain control because it has been excruciatingly painful, especially in the presence of Wi-Fi.I I’ve been with Dr. Patrick Porter since at least 2009 or 10 when he started the whole guided meditation process. It is priceless.
