Useless and fake
After many E-mails to the doctor about upping the dosage nothing. My 6' 2" 290lbs and I'm in my 7th month with NO RESULTS. But they sold / promise me on a finish weight of 225 in 11 month. Not happening at this rate. I see it as a way to keep you on the treatment for years and pumping money out of you.

I was able to get in touch via text…
I was able to get in touch via text with customer service to let them know I was going on vacation and needed my next check-in opened so I could order my next dose. They were able to open the check-in and have my prescription delivered within 48 hours.

I’m very satisfied with FMmeds being my GLP 1 provider
The price for my GLP1 is fair. Responses to my questions have been prompt, and delivery of the medication has been within a fee days after ordering. All in all, I’m satisfied.

This is my daily update of FMmeds. They were paid for a product in July and provided “tracking information from ups (which ups says “waiting on product”) since then I have received to disingenuous apologies 3 promises to escalate my order status and most recently I discovered they have deleted my tracking information all together…
It’s been 3 weeks and 2 days since they immediately took my payment and since that time they have provided nothing. FMmeds seems to have stopped communicating with me all together and do not answer my texts, emails or calls.
I implore anyone who is considering using this company to RUN to any other service provider.
A seriously disappointed and regretful customer !!
Update: Monday August 17, still no response from FMmeds, no tracking information, no call, no text and they won’t respond to my repeated requests for my product or returning my money. The only response I got was the generic bullshit disingenuous apology and promise attached at the end of this review.
3 weeks and 3 days and I will continue to write and rate accordingly.
A disgusting experience that makes me realize why dealing with an internet company is so unpleasant!
