I am very disappointed in Bosch. It is not possible to contact a service person in an easy way. I own an older Bosch refrigerator and just wanted to ask advice but the telephone number is not in service. What’s going on? Is this how they save a few Euros, by cutting off customer service. I will buy another mark next time.
I received a BoschEyes II. It worked for a while, then stopped working. I sent all info to Bosch en filled in their extended questionaire in order to solve the issue. Never heard anything again...Nice posture on the chimney ;-((
Horrible quality. Bosch is destroying its big name by making bad quality apparatus and horrible and rude customer service. Never waste your money on such a rubbish like Bosch.

After reading all the reviews on a vacuum they offer, I happily purchased it, only for it to be completely useless.
I then went and left a review of my own stating that it does not work as advertised, just for my review to get denied because "voldoet je review niet aan de gestelde voorwaarden".
This is how they will trick you, just by deleting/denying any reviews which are not praising them. What a load of nonsense.
I’d give a zero if possible. Trash company. Give your money to a proper company. It’s obvious they don’t give a f* based on the trustpilot score.
