I liked the app it was not bad. I did my first month free as a trial and when they tried to take the payment it just happened that I didn't have the funds in that card, when I logged in again to pay for the subscription I found out that they blocked my account and they also send me an email saying that they blocked my account and I have to email them begging for them to activate my account again...a complete mess. Just let me pay on the app this is very annoying.

I found Bookbeat to be quite a good value for money service; especially if you only get a chance to read or listen to book a minimal amount of time per week/month. So in that regard yiu only subscribe to the amount of years you can commit to reading and listening.
Good service fir the price and easy to cancel and re-start. Recommended.

This is what I was looking for in an audio book subscription service. Hours… not books. I don’t always like the books I am listening to so I like to have the option of swap to a different book. This service has over 200 books on my wish list, and I can pick and choose what I listen to when I’m in the mood for a different genre.

I cancelled my subscription on 7. February where I was charged for the month. There was no payment for March but suddently on 8. April I have been changed again.
It's very annoying thar I have to use my time to complain per e.mail which depending on where you find the mail adress, this can be different. I hope they will revert before I'll have to start a procedure with my bank!

Great selection of books however!
Please be aware I have noticed they will claim to renew on a date but then renew early on meaning you will lose hours if you haven’t used all your hours. I did challenge this and received snide remarks from staff.

Would be better if the unused hours will roll onto the following month in order to prevent this and also for those books that are longer in hours so no waiting for the roll over.

There’s a lot of books but

There’s a lot of books which I often like to listen but it is very annoying that I have a locked language in the app and therefore all suggestions of books are in the first language of the region I’m in and I would like to listen to books in different language but I can only look for specific titles…. Disappointing

very bad company, cant even listen to books with a computer. Dont use!

Very good platform with a good value for money. You get 100h hours of listening time for only 14.99 Euro and profit from a huge choice of audiobooks.
