If I could give the 0 stars I would. Ordered some running shoes. Nowhere at time of placing the order did it say they were being shipped from China. Missed the delivery as I was away so never received them. Emailed customer services 9 times with no resolution. Do not order from here.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I PAYED FOR MY ORDER AND 6 MONTHS LATER AFTER CONTINUALLY ASKING FOR A REFUND AS THE TRACKING SHOWED NO MOVEMENT ON MY GOODS THEY STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AND YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE, I LOST OVER £500 TO THIS COMPANY AND NEVER GOT ANYTHING OR ANY EXPLANATION.....

Ordered some Brooks running shoes in May and the wrong ones arrived on mid June. It’s now mid July and I haven’t had a refund or replacement. I think it’s a scam company

TERRIBLE communication.
i seriously have tried to organise a refund and they have now stopped replying to any of my messages. the shoes weren’t real and i lost $145.
i was very excited to try yet so disappointed:(

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM COMPANY
never received my trainers, never received any communication back from the email I wrote to with my concerns, had a tracking link that went to page just full of letters and number. Website should be removed.

Ordered a pair of Hoka Speedgoat 6. Four weeks later a pair of counterfeit shoes arrived. No refund, very poor coms.

My son sent a link for an Essentials hoodie, all im gonna say, avoid these lot like the plague. You wont get your goods.

Hokas are a fake and the company is a joke! took ages to arrive and then when they arrived they were fake. The company took ages to respond and are resistant to giving me 100% refund. They keep sending emails about different options 30% refund, 70% refund, i have lost count of how many times i have said NO 100% refund you absolute scammers ! The bank are on to it but avoid these

Absolute scam, ordered Hoka trainers, never arrived, didn’t reply to my emails and when I telephoned to an apparent’London’ number it just rang out and the dial tone quickly changed to an overseas one. Clearly dodgy.
My bank are now investigating as fraudulent activity - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I never read the reviews for this site until now, and fell into the trap of buying sneakers from them. I am requesting a refund, but I don't know if I will be able to get it back. I will be contacting my bank to see if I can get a refund from this company. I had emailed the company, but they had not answered the emails sent.

Not even worthy of 1 star. It appears to be a scam, a very clever one, their website appears to be based in the UK, it is actually in the Far East. I got 'despatch' details and then the transaction showed as 'paused' in Shop and the transaction then disappeared. The website looked so genuine, and the price wasn't stupidly cheap, I didn't realise you need to a full forensic investigation these days before buying a pair of trainers online.

I ordered some trainers and when they didn't arrive I contacted them and after several emails got a reply letting me know they were on their way and to be patient. Nothing arrived and I have emailed them many times since and have not had a reply. A month now and no shoes.

Shoes have not arrived. Dispatched 4 weeks ago. No one answers emails and phone line doesn’t work. Scam

I placed an order for a pair of Brooks Adrenalin GTS 25 shoes. However, upon receiving the order, I was supplied with a different product, namely Brooks Glycerin GTS 22, which is not what I purchased. I contacted Bobtasia asking for a refund and retuen slip and they asked for photos which I did and have not received a response after nearly a week. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes but on reading the reviews I asked to cancel my order. I received an email back saying they fully understood and my refund would be processed and returned in 3- 5 working days. That was on the 3rd of June, to date no refund has been forwarded.I have sent a number of emails and still no refund. I one email they assured me they had processed the refund and it must be a problem with my bank. I've contacted my bank and they are now looking into this issue. Conmen and Scammers.

This ‘scam’ non existent company is still advertising its wears on their website. I ordered a pair of Hoka Bondi trainers for my wife, the website looked bonafide on Shopify! They took the order & the £55.94 and that was the last I heard from them. Email address not found, telephone contact non existent. Contacted my banks fraud department to stop any further transactions as Bobtasia had my credit card details. New card arrived, tried again to contact Bobtasia no go! I have requested a refund from my bank. Took hours but these scammers are still able to run their fraudulent website. Say no more. Avoid at all costs. Should have reviewed Trust Pilot before buying.

Don’t be fooled by the slick website. I ordered some Hokas for about £70 but didn’t get any delivery info so I dug a bit further only to find that this is a dodgy website with a string of terrible reviews. I immediately cancelled the order and requested a refund (as per their probably bogus refund policy), and despite receiving several encouraging emails from them I’ve not received a penny back after three weeks of chasing.
The phone number on their website is unrecognised.
I will be reporting them to action fraud.
Steer well clear!

Ordered shoes, only saw reviews after purchase. Emailed to cancel order, had a response with 2 days to say it won’t be an issue. Was told the refund would take 3-5 Buisness days. It’s been 3 weeks and they are ignoring me emails.

I would recommend no one to buy anything off this site. I ordered some trainers on the 26th May and received them on 19th June. After contacting them they said some orders can take up to 14 days which clearly wasn’t true. In the mean time I had to go and buy another pair of trainers. They have offered a 20% discount which I’m still waiting to receive and I don’t hold my hopes up. I’ve even tried looking back and reviewing my order and everything has been taken down. I would send them back but again I do not trust this site and do not want to go through all the stress of going through the process.
