Hands down the best customer service. For context, I buy knives brand new, and I've heard of Bladebinge from other YouTube knife creators: as such, I decided to finally take the plunge into the secondhand market through here. Unfortunately, the seller I purchased from sent me essentially a dud knife, which is not befitting of something labeled "excellent" condition. It honestly ruined my day, and I felt like I had no recourse since the seller did not accept returns.

After realizing I could file a dispute over the misrepresented item, Eric personally handled the case for me, even presenting me with the option to buy me the exact same knife, BRAND NEW, free of charge. This nice gesture absolutely restored my faith, and it made me feel taken care of. I knew going forward if I wanted to buy again from here, those at Bladebinge would have my back. They sell used knives at higher prices than new ones !!!
International shipping costs are very high !!!
If you register your name and insert a letter incorrectly, you cannot correct it !!!

I have had several typical experiences on the binge and one where the purchase was not as described. I was afraid that I would have an issue with the return but the service was amazing! Bladebinge was there to help with very fast and reliable communication!

Bladebinge is an amazing site to use for knife purchases. I have had 1 poor purchase that was immediately rectified by the ownership. I received a knife that was not as described. The seller told me "no returns". I emailed their support around 11pm Monday night. Received a response Tuesday morning. Explained my situation and after some discussion, I was not only told I could return knife to seller for a full refund...which I did...I received a return shipping label. By Wednesday morning my entire purchase price, including shipping, had been refunded. That my friend, is incredible customer service. You the man Eric!

After many purchases, I had a issue with a package being sent somewhere else instead of to me. The seller didn't respond to messages. I contacted bladebinge and they resolved it the next day. They check everything and made it right.

The best site I have found to sell and buy blades from fellow enthusiasts. Big audience, reasonable fees, and decent payment speed (would like it to be 1 day faster).

Postal service differs from separate areas can stink when trying to receive packages internationally but have had no hassle from either blade binge nor sellers. Correspondence is excellent as is the whole set up and everything is backed up so peace of mind guaranteed

I've gotten a few knives from this platform and I HIGHLY recommend them. You can get a soild deal and find the most elusive items and grails. I had a package go missing in this recent snowstorm and the owner himself found me a brand new replacement. It meant so much to be to get the fast and responsive support. So far nothing but great experiences on here .awesome selection of products. Safe place to buy and sell .Just wish on higher end purchases they offered longer financing options.

I've probably spent around ten grand on high end knives sold through Bladebinge over the last six to seven months. During this period I had one issue with a first generation Shirogorov Quantum; the seller failed to disclose the tip was broken and that the knife had been inexpertly sharpened. Bladebinge conducted an investigation and provided a full refund.

Every other transaction has been perfect, and I'm meeting people virtually through the company with shared interests. I've led sellers on EBay to the site as it costs a lot less to sell which results in less cost to buy. You can confidently sell or buy very high end knives, or find very good deals on users/Christmas gifts. I gifted knives to my nephews purchased from sellers on Bladebinge, blew their minds. Rule number nine...always carry a knife.

I love Bladebinge there is always new knives and payment options. Customer service is pretty quick and the fact they stand behind the safety of the buyer. Only thing that recently happened that makes it harder for me to see is the pics are a lot smaller. Makes it hard for somebody that can't see good. There is ways around that. Website not great since update. I am still giving 5 starts I have never had a problem with transactions or products they offer. As long as it don't turn into eBay I will recommend it in a heartbeat.
