Charles Quinn -Customer service
Charles Quinn was extremely helpful in coming up with a great design for my kitchen. When I discovered a measuring mistake on my part he bent over backward to get it straightened out.
DYI Cabinet Installation
I decided to assemble and install kitchen cabinets myself and the assistance of Brittney with measurements, cabinet types and virtual installation diagrams was outstanding. As I just ordered a full set of cabinets for my kitchen, I feel ready for the next steps of assembling and installing.
Very impressed with customer service and response time.
They responded rapidly within an hour to clarifying issues about an order placed by a contractor on my behalf but I was paying the bill directly. They gave me the original order and the new order under my name so I could compare that both were the same and select the one that I would pay. customer service was great. Delivery has not yet occurred so I cannot comment on that.
Our designer, Jennifer, was amazing!
Our designer, Jennifer, went out of her way to provide professional, exceptional service. She checked and double checked our order for us and made sure we had selected everything we needed prior to ordering. We have not received our shipment yet but the design and ordering assistance has been top notch so far. I will be referring Jennifer to others.

Six weeks to receive the complete order, with frustrating claim handling
I have rewritten this review following the company’s response and the final delivery of our missing items. I lowered my rating from two stars to one based on the overall experience, including how our concerns were handled.
The company also flagged my original review, and I was notified that it could be removed unless I took action. Having to respond to that notice added to the frustration of an already difficult experience. I stand by my account and have revised the wording to distinguish between what happened and how the communication came across to me.
We ordered ready-to-assemble cabinets on September 9. The final missing items arrived on October 22—a little over six weeks later.
Our original order arrived in separate shipments. When the first shipment appeared to be missing a substantial amount of material, I contacted the company by chat and was told another shipment would arrive from a different location. After both shipments arrived, we completed our inventory and reported damaged and missing items within the stated five-day reporting window.
Replacement items arrived on October 13, but the missing pieces were not included. Those did not arrive until October 22.
The company’s response quotes my September 28 email saying, “Thanks for getting back so quickly!” That was an acknowledgment of a prompt email reply. It was not a statement that the materials had arrived promptly or that the claim had been resolved. Quick replies are appreciated, but they are different from timely resolution.
A significant part of the frustration was the communication surrounding the missing items. One email stated:
“After speaking with warehouse, they did not ship those items as they showed they were on the pallet when shipped and were not marked as missin upon delivery.
I will go ahead and replace if we are able to cut the TKC to 84" prior to shipping?”
I understand that warehouse records and photos are relevant when investigating a missing-item claim. However, evidence that something left the warehouse does not establish that I received it. I had already reported the items missing within the required window.
That email left me feeling that my report was being doubted. It also appeared to make replacement conditional on accepting material cut from 96 inches to 84 inches. When I explained that I felt the message questioned my honesty, the follow-up did not acknowledge that concern or apologize for how the message had come across.
The company says it did not intend any accusation. I accept that this may not have been the intent, but that does not change how the communication affected the experience.
There was also a misunderstanding involving an earlier warehouse email:
“Hi Stephen, can you please double check for the accessories as all items shipped, please provide a photo of the pallet upon arrival if unable to locate, please advise. Thank you!”
I initially understood this to mean that the missing items had shipped and that I should photograph the pallet when they arrived. After rereading the correspondence carefully, I realized the company was asking for a photo of the original delivery. I acknowledge that I misunderstood that request.
However, when I subsequently asked for tracking information, no one clarified that they were still waiting for a photo or a response from me. In its public reply, the company acknowledges that it incorrectly assumed I had found the missing items. A direct follow-up asking whether those items were still missing could have prevented that assumption and helped move the claim forward.
I understand why the company requests photos to support a claim against a carrier. My complaint is about the lack of clear follow-up and the time it took to complete our order. Once a customer has reported missing items, that issue should not be treated as resolved without confirmation.
All requested replacements have now arrived, and the order is finally complete. Nevertheless, the delay and the effort required to resolve the claim left me disappointed. We sometimes renovate homes for resale, where delays like this can create additional carrying costs.
I would look elsewhere for future purchases. For anyone considering this company, my advice is to document deliveries carefully, inventory everything promptly, report issues in writing within the required timeframe, and remain persistent until every item is accounted for.

Ask a lot of questions before purchase
update: The company reached out to me and provided a satisfactory resolution. They also agreed to amend some of there practices to avoid this happening to anyone else in the future
We spent over $25,000 on cabinets, and one of the biggest frustrations has been discovering that some cabinets require modification during installation yet there were no instructions, warnings, or information provided ahead of time explaining that modifications would be necessary. When I inquired, for one cabinet I was given two lines of instruction and a recommendation to purchase a piece from Amazon to make it work. For the other one, a YouTube link on how to modify the cabinet.
When you purchase cabinets at this price point, you should not have to figure out through trial and error that pieces need to be cut, altered, or modified just to install them properly.
We also ordered glass-door cabinets that arrived without the glass. The boxes themselves were labeled “WITH GLASS,” and we were initially told by customer service that the glass should have been included. We later learned otherwise. Nothing during the ordering process made it clear to us that we would need to separately source and have glass cut for these doors. When I asked for compensation I was offered 11 pieces of 12”x11” glass for over $650. They weren’t even going to cover shipping.
We also received a cabinet in a box labeled as a different size, which resulted in more time spent trying to determine whether we had received the correct product. It took us an hour to figure out the box was mislabeled.
The most disappointing part has been the lack of accountability and support after the purchase. Based on our experience, Wholesale Cabinets has not stood behind its products or made reasonable efforts to resolve the problems.
For an order of this size, I expected much better communication, documentation, and customer service.

5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered my RTA cabinets in April of this year. They arrived on the 24th. I was short 1 pallet from my order, and received a lazy suzan corner cabinet tray set that was a different size than the cabinet, I contacted their customer service and they tracked down the missing pallet in a couple of days and delivered it to my door. I was assured my tray set was the correct one. I had some personal family issues that prevented me from getting the cabinets completed. On 9/9 I opened the tray set, yep, wrong one. I contacted their customer service and Rita promptly responded and checked into it for me. The right tray set arrived today and I got it installed. Rita could have told me to pound sand due to nearly 5 months had passed. They DID NOT, they stepped up and solved a problem that they did not have to. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!!! A 5 star rating is too low for Rita and her customer service team!!!! Thank you...

Designer was amazing!!!
Britanny Boyer, our designer was responsive, quick and eager to help us with every change we had during our ADU kitchen cabinet build and design. She texted, called and sent multiple revisions as we were on a tight timeline to get our order in. Can’t wait to see the cabinets and would love to do a follow up with quality of cabinets once they arrive.

people were helpful
I was impressed that the person I emailed and spoke to actually spoke English and communicated to me several times throughout the entire process. I give you 5 stars just on that alone.

USE AN ACTUAL STORE.....DON'T TRUST
I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing cabinets from WholesaleCabinets.com. My concerns involve the delivery process, misleading sales information, and the lack of professional design guidance I received.
The delivery of my order was unsafe. The driver arrived without the proper equipment needed to unload a 12-foot pallet of cabinets. As a result, I had to assist with unloading the shipment myself, placing me directly in the path of an extremely heavy pallet. No customer should ever be expected to help unload building materials because the delivery company was not properly equipped. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the situation was completely avoidable.
I was also pressured into making my purchase based on inaccurate information. My design representative, Ethan C., told me the promotional sale would end on **July 4 at 12:00 a.m.** and urged me to place my order immediately to secure the discount. After my purchase, I discovered the company's website stated the sale actually continued until **July 8**. I feel I was unnecessarily rushed into making a major purchase.
In addition, I later learned that taller wall cabinets were available, which would have eliminated the need for stacker cabinets and provided a much cleaner, more custom appearance. This option was never presented to me during the design process. I relied on the expertise of the designer and expected knowledgeable recommendations.
I expected accurate information, experienced design assistance, and a safe delivery process. Instead, I received misleading sales information, incomplete design advice, and a delivery experience that unnecessarily put my safety at risk. These issues significantly diminished my confidence in the company and what should have been an exciting home renovation project.
The manager Rachel Smith did very little to remedy this situation appropriately even after acknowledging wrongdoing by her customer design rep.

Very satisfied so far
My designer was good. We worked through some design issues together but I had to be very involved and check sizes carefully. I did get a lot of help from the online chat with a live person. Sample came in a couple of days. Waiting for actual cabinets.
