I purchased a two-month plan for €27.46, which I clearly authorized. Immediately after that, I was charged €182.20, a payment I did NOT authorize.
I called and emailed the company, but for the past three days, I have received absolutely no response. This is completely unacceptable.
These hidden charges are deceptive and appear to be a deliberate way of taking money from customers without proper authorization. I strongly advise people to STOP patronizing the Bitesy app and think twice before giving this company your payment details.
Bitesy, explain this unauthorized €182.20 charge and refund my money. I will not accept being ignored.

This organisation appears to be operating dishonestly. They are charging people unfairly and should be reported to Trading Standards. They automatically charged me £78.38 without any prior notification. When I requested a refund, they refused to provide one. I believe social media influencers should be made aware of this organisation so they can warn others. This service is misleading and exploitative.

I have written countless number times to the email you mentioned and they said my £216 is a non refundable amount for unlimited access. Meanwhile the amount stated at the initial purchase was less than £20. This is totally unlawful . Kindly refund me my money. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I intended to purchase the 2-month plan for $29.99, but my order confirmation shows a total charge of $325.48, including additional services such as Unlimited Access, AI Chat and other products that I did not intend to purchase.
I am currently requesting a refund and cancellation of these additional charges. I believe the pricing and additional purchases should be made much clearer before payment in order not to be surprised when you see your bill at the end.

I purchased a one-month Bitesy plan for £15, expecting to get access to the learning service. However, after paying, I still did not get the access I expected.
What was even more concerning was the billing. Around 15 minutes later, another £15.67 was charged to my card, followed by a further £44 charge. I did not knowingly agree to these additional payments.
I became so concerned about further charges that I had to freeze my bank card.
This has been a very frustrating experience. The pricing and checkout process should make every additional charge completely clear and require explicit confirmation before taking payment.
I am requesting a full refund of the additional/unauthorised charges and would strongly advise anyone considering Bitesy to carefully check exactly what they are agreeing to before entering their card details.

Useless product. You don't get what you see. If you are not very careful, you will end up lots of money and end up not getting anything in return. I spent US80 and got an amateurish chat window. Don't fall for this by seeing misleading advertisement.

I'm ripped off, not worth what i paid for
First of all, Advertisement shows you an attractive fee for the subscription, but when you try to subscribe that intended product then their portal is made in such a way that unknowingly you get subscribed for more products because of no clear descriptions.
Secondly, i emailed them about the unwanted subscription, there was no reply for couple of mails.
Thirdly,Despite the issue decided to continue learning for what i paid, a month later it stopped working again i compained them through the mail, for twice they replied with the instructions but didn't work and then they stopped replying with no solution. This is my experience. I felt i'm ripped off. So never trust bitesy and other similar apps as i'm reading similar issues.

Thought I Was Paying $19.99, Charged $96.78
I signed up believing I was purchasing a $19.99 one-month plan. After payment, I received three separate charges totaling $96.78 for additional services (AI Chat and EN Phrases) that I did not realize I was purchasing.
Support confirmed the subscriptions and canceled them. I requested a refund, but I have not received any response to my follow-up email for several days.
My main concern is that the pricing and additional paid features were not clear to me during checkout. I was surprised to receive additional charges beyond the plan I intended to purchase. I would advise customers to carefully review the final order summary and any add-on services before entering their payment details.
