Best wholesaler in the game, great staff with great support and the quickest shipping I have ever seen. Ordered on the 21st July at 11am and it arrived on 22nd July 10am. The products came fast and were of great quality 🤝

Best vintage value there customers and I’ve been going back multiple times. For repeat buyers there’s often discounts and when they say next day delivery it really is. It’s Always premium stock and they seem to get a constant supply of great items quicker than other wholesalers. Im already looking forward to making a bigger order next time as the trust is there and I know I'm going to receive quality. Believe me there’s other good wholesalers out there but there just not quite as good as this one. I’ve got to say it, and it’s in the title they literally are the best.

Sad to be writing this review as have had no problems with them until....I did.
Placed a sizeable order (for me) on Saturday 11th July, no despatch notification and upon chasing it Tuesday, Wednesday I was fobbed off with "they have forwarded to relevant department", when I chased further I was ignored. On Thursday I asked for a refund multiple times and was ignored, Friday morning the same so have had to go through the rigmarole of getting my bank involved and it is still ongoing as of the 20th.
I am truly gutted as the guys have been good in the past but if they can do this once, they can do it again so trust has been lost and therefore my future custom.

My experience with best vintage wholesale was amazing I brought 10 Hugo boss blazers they where all in good condition most of the items where A grade the shipping was fast as promised highly recommend best vintage wholesale

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. They claim to be a reputable business, but their customer service is a complete joke.
I placed Order #BEST9015 and encountered an issue. I reached out to their support team with a straightforward question, expecting a professional response. Instead, I have been met with total silence and absolutely no action.
I have given this company more than enough time and opportunity to sort out my issue, but they clearly do not care about their customers once they have taken their money.
Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. I certainly will not be purchasing from them ever again.

Brought £450 worth of stock on Monday the 6th. Promising 24-48H delivery it got to Wednesday morning and didn’t have any tracking number. So I politely emailed as asked and didn’t get any answer back till Thursday stating they passed the message on to the certain team members. Waited till Friday and no reply back so again messaged for a reminder and then emailed saying my delivery details weren’t right but I looked at my confirmation email and the adress was written perfectly. Saturday they was posting on Instagram about their quick delivery so I emailed again as stated clearly not. I’m yet to hear from them since Thursday/ Friday and all I’ve heard since last Monday was the adress was incorrect which it very clearly isn’t. The customer service is nearly on par with the worst ive experienced. I can’t even get in contact to cancel my order it’s that bad. Will be taken further if I’ve not been contacted soon. As I’m £450 out of pocket with no answers to my emails. Shocking company

Very disappointing experience with Best Vintage Wholesale.

I placed an order on 2 July for £495 and was told the order would be dispatched within 24 hours. After several days with no dispatch update, I contacted customer service to request a refund.

Initially, Eddie was helpful and assured me that the order would be dispatched within 24 hours. However, this did not happen, and the order still remained unfulfilled.

Since 7 July, I have been trying to get an update on my refund, but my last two emails have been ignored. I was told the refund had been passed to the appropriate team, but I have received no confirmation that it has actually been processed.

I have now had to contact my bank and request a chargeback because I have lost confidence that my refund is being handled.

For a company dealing with customers spending hundreds of pounds, the lack of communication and after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. I hope this is resolved, but based on my experience I would advise others to absolutely avoid!

after initially placing an order for 20x levi, lee, wrangler denim jeans which was decent I placed a larger delivery of 20x womens denim jeans, 20x wrangler carpenter trousers and another 20x levis, lee, wrangler denim jeans. Upon delivery the quality of these items are quite poor with labels missing which makes it very hard to sell. Items with rips to the extent the pocket is hanging off. These are meant to be Grade A/B? Also, hardly got any levis jeans with the 20x levis, lee, wrangler denim jeans and the 1 or 2 i did receive are in bad condition with no lebels. Won't be using this wholesaler again.

.⚠️ STAY AWAY – FALSE ADVERTISING & REFUSED REFUNDS ⚠️I purchased a "50KG Grade A Branded Bale," advertised to contain exclusively handpicked, inspected Grade A items from major brands. According to Best Vintage Wholesale's website, Grade A means "great condition" and "free of significant defects." What I actually received was shocking and completely unsellable:Counterfeit Goods: At least two items were confirmed fakes. Selling these is illegal, making the bale unfit for purpose.Severe Defects: 35 items were heavily stained, one had a missing zipper, and the rest were heavily bobbled, worn, and marked.Unbranded Items: Around 40 items were completely unbranded or featured fictitious labels, directly contradicting the "Branded Bale" listing.Despite their own terms stating Grade A stock is eligible for a return if misrepresented, and despite me sending clear photographic evidence within the return window, they refuse to accept a return or refund. This company heavily misrepresents their stock and ignores their own policies once they have your money. Save your business the financial loss and avoid this supplier completely.

My grade A/B mystery box of shorts arrived today and I’m honestly shocked. Out of 25 Nike shorts, 3 have completely ruined waistbands—who is going to buy that? Only about 3 pairs max were actually Grade A. The rest is absolute rubbish, just pure e-waste. I’ve completely lost my money. Do not waste your time or cash on this supplier. Anyone leaving good reviews here is either a fake account or just got incredibly lucky

Quick delivery which was great but the overall experience not so much.

I ordered a 50KG Branded Grade A Mix for £495 which I thought would be a great deal and went for it. Delivery was very fast which I appreciated. However when it came to sorting the mix I came across a few items which would not even be considered Grade B/C. Additionally, there were maybe 10-15 items which were NOT authentic despite them stating on their website "all our Items are 100% genuine" Some of these were so Fake that I didn't even need to double check and other items I asked a second opinion and did further research and these were absolutely fake.

Not all was bad because there were some nice items and indeed authentic and vintage and as I said delivery was very fast.

Just please if you are a reseller check the stock because these items are clearly not legit checked or checked by hand as stated on their site and the Grade A mix isn't all grade A which is misleading.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was promised a complimentary bundle of 10 USA hoodies, but after weeks of delays, conflicting information and repeated assurances from Eddie that the parcel would be dispatched “shortly”, nothing arrived. Each time I contacted them, I was told a different story, with excuses about backend issues and shipping labels being created, yet no active tracking number was ever provided.

In my opinion, this was very misleading. I feel I was led to believe the hoodies had been dispatched when they clearly had not. The communication was poor, and I spent far too much time chasing updates without receiving a clear or honest answer.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re promised complimentary items or replacements, don’t assume they’ll arrive until they’re actually in your hands. Very disappointing customer service and an experience that fell well below expectations.

Ordered twice from Best Vintage now. Had 2 decent bundles so far and will definitely be back for more. I've only bought Grade A/B bundles and am happy with the quality of the items received. Looking to scale my reselling and have definitely found a decent supplier after issues with another.

As a new seller, id highly recommend best vintage wholesale; had no issues with the stock & im back restocking from them again.

Fast shipping!!

Purchased a 50KG GRADE A clothing bundle. What I actually received was a load of clothing with holes in, stains and faded from the sun. Hardly the grade a described on their website. When I contacted them, they contradicted themselves by saying that grade A, and I quote “ We would like to clarify that, although you ordered a Grade A bundle, these are still pre-owned vintage second-hand items. As vintage clothing, the garments often require preparation before resale, including proper washing, stain treatment, steaming, ironing, and, where necessary, minor stitching.“

Joke of a company, don’t buy from them!

Best Vintage Wholesales service is second to none. Their drops, their extremely fast shipping and most importantly their quality is just unbeatable!
