If there’s an issue with item purchased they don’t want to know. Will not respond to emails. Will not buy from them again

This was my second order, and definitely not my last. They have an excellent selection of niche fragrances, including many brands that are almost impossible to find here in the Czech Republic. My order was shipped quickly, and I received clear tracking updates throughout the delivery process. I also appreciated the transparent shipping costs with no unexpected fees at checkout. Everything arrived well packed and exactly as expected. I can confidently recommend this store to anyone looking for authentic niche perfumes.

No issues at all

Having read some of the reviews about 'scam' perfumes, I was slightly worried when I ordered a bottle of Bandit, by Robert Piguet. I had previously paid £200 for this but the Besuty the Shop price was £145.99- over 25% less.
I checked online sources on how to check if a perfume is genuine or not so, when it arrived, I checked the numbers on both the bottom of the box, and the bottle. Fortunately, they matched.
The perfume smells just as I remember it ( unlike the disappointing update, Bandit Supreme) so I'm well pleased.
It did take longer to arrive than estimated but, at 14 days from order to delivery, I find that acceptable.
I will definitely use Beauty the Shop again!

Look I get the package and I ordered one time from this site roja enigma what is very luxury parfum 450 euro and get original bottle I checked and now I ordered again aventus absolut 100 ml the parfum I know how it smell so is 100% original and quantity too I want to say to people to trust in this website and especially if you buy like those Parfums but delivery times take long and before reading all the worst review I truly believe that all what I ordered was good

I ordered Donna Karan Cashmere and Vanilla and was sent Cashmere and Palo Santo. At £86 I’m not prepared to absorb this mistake for the company. I have sent them three emails all of which they have ignored and I am now escalating through PayPal. The perfume itself looked fine (though it is sealed so I can’t say for certain) but the fact they are ignoring me instead of rectifying their mistake makes me really cross.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered an Ex Nihilo Blue Talisman perfume, but I received a completely counterfeit item. As a fragrance expert, I immediately noticed shocking manufacturing defects. The factory address on the external blue box (352, rue Saint-Honoré) does not match the incorrect address printed on the bottle's bottom sticker (15 Avenue Victor Hugo). Furthermore, the sticker contains a major typo reading "Natura1 Spray" with a number "1" instead of an "l", and the inside core of the atomizer nozzle is white plastic instead of the authentic black core. To make matters worse, I compared the juice to an authentic sample, and the scent profile does not match at all. This is either a severe inventory issue or a fraudulent return that wasn't checked by the warehouse. I have already emailed customer service with clear photographic evidence and I expect a full refund immediately.

I generally believe in giving credit where credit is due and rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Beauty The Shop has been extremely disappointing.

I returned an item in accordance with their returns policy, and tracking information confirms that it was delivered and received on 8 June. Since then, I have received no acknowledgement that my return has been received or processed, and there has been no update regarding my refund.

I have sent numerous messages through their customer service platform, but none have received a response. Due to the complete lack of communication, I have now had to raise a dispute through PayPal in an attempt to resolve the issue.

A simple confirmation of receipt and a timely response to customer enquiries should be standard practice. The lack of customer support has been frustrating and has left me completely in the dark.

I hope this review encourages Beauty The Shop to improve their communication and after-sales service.

I don’t have my order , you can’t say that is delivered to my address because I didn’t pick it up I don’t know who take it no my family no my neighbours

Ordered Ex Nihilo Blue Talisman & Malibu Party at the Bay. Arrived very quickly considering this was shipped from Madrid, Spain. Please ignore these stupid reviews questioning authenticity… BeautyTheShop are extremely trustworthy. Just accept if you’re ordering from abroad there may be longer waiting time if ordering from the UK. The prices are amazing and very worth the wait. I thought I might have had some samples included with my order but hopefully next time. Thanks again for a great service and quality product.

Fast delivery & very happy with the fragrance

I would strongly advise avoiding this company. They have not issued a refund despite the item being returned over a month ago. I’ve been waiting an extended period for a refund on an expensive bottle of perfume, and customer service has been extremely unhelpful throughout. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from them

Took them a week to realise that they don’t have the item I want in stock. Waste of time. It was in stock when ordered and they was quick to take my money
