Paid and got nothing
Paid, and haven't gotten the service I've paid for. Got looped for hours by their support that they are checking the payment transaction even if several sites stated it as valid. Will surely report it as fraud.

1 Star: Followers Disappear Within 24 Hours, and Now My Emails Are Being Rejected
I strongly recommend staying away from BuzzVoice.
I placed an order on October 3, 2026, and have spent nearly 30 days dealing with disappearing followers, failed refills, and repeated promises that never result in a lasting solution.
My Instagram account reached approximately 13,600 followers, only to drop back down to 6,272. Every time BuzzVoice adds followers, thousands disappear, sometimes within 24 hours.
What’s even more concerning is what happened today, November 2.
After repeatedly contacting customer support and the owner, Alex Green, I attempted to send another email requesting my refund. Both email addresses rejected my messages with the error “554 5.7.1 Relay access denied.”
I cannot confirm whether they intentionally blocked my emails or have a server issue, but the result is the same. I can no longer reach either address.
On October 22, BuzzVoice explicitly offered me a full refund for my $109.98 order. Now that the 30-day period is ending on November 3, I’m trying to accept that offer, and my messages aren’t even being delivered.
I’ve spent a total of $243.80 across four orders, and I have repeatedly documented the disappearing followers.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I’m not asking for free followers, special treatment, or anything beyond what I paid for. I simply want my money back for a service that has repeatedly failed to deliver lasting results.
I have screenshots of the follower losses, the written refund offer, and both failed email deliveries.
My recommendation: Do not spend your money with BuzzVoice. Based on my experience, the followers don’t last, the refills haven’t resolved the problem, and getting a refund has become another battle.
