Lately the service has not been good at…
Lately the service has not been good at all. I placed orders and orders have not been rendered on time. I’ve been lied to about orders being rendered several times after reaching out to the company about not receiving orders and steel no service. I have been using this service now over two years but for the last four months, it’s just not the same. I don’t know what happened or what’s going on. I have emails stating that they had to rectify something with the system. I understand things break, but at least give the customer of the money back and not just give them credit because if this continues, how and why would they continue to use bad service. Things have got to get better. I wish, hope and pray that they do soon. It does not look too good for this company in the near future.
