I ordered a Notifier FSP-951R-IV Remote…
I ordered a Notifier FSP-951R-IV Remote Test Photoelectric Smoke Detector for approximately $250. The part turned out to be incorrect, which I understand was not your fault, and I returned it.
I was then informed that the detector was considered “used” simply because the address knob had been turned, and my refund was denied. The detector was never installed, wired, programmed into a system, or placed into service. The address knob was only turned while determining whether the device was the correct part for the application.
I was offered a refund of only 50% of the purchase price, which I do not believe is reasonable under these circumstances. The detector was returned in essentially new and unused condition, and adjusting the address setting does not constitute actual use of the device.
Total BS business practice.

Service was great order shipped but was shipper that dropped the ball. Said address wasn't right and it was I added Office and they delivered it 2 days later then when was supposed to. I paid over $150 for next day shipping.
