Was apprehensive about using a third party site to made a complex business class booking but the price was much less than booking directly. Found good price on Businessclass website. First time booking did not go through as I was advised price increased. Next day tried again found good price but this time I called before I booked. I spoke to Dino who took the time to actually check to see if flights were available, which they where but at a higher price. When I questioned about discrepancies between web price and what he quoted, he said he would make some calls and call me back. Shortly thereafter he called with proposal that was still higher than the website but still significantly less than airline. I took the booking and after 45 minutes got ticket. I immediately check airline to see if flights showed up which they did. Today Dino called me remind me about passport/visa etc. I can give a qualified recommendation to Businessclass and a good recommendation to their agent Dino who actually provided good customer service. Just remember the price you see on their website might not be a real time price.

They show cheap prices for business class ticket but they don’t book. They will send an email saying that it’s not available for that price and negotiate for higher price. Never book with them

I booked and paid for flight tickets for two people through BusinessClass.com to Barcelona Spain with a return flight from Madrid Spain to New York, USA. I purchased tickets on Iberia Airlines. When I arrived in New York I was directed to board Level Air, a most horrible experience. I did not purchase a ticket on Level. I purchased tickets for Iberia Airlines. Without warning they switched me to Level Airlines. No warning, no paperwork, no refund. This is what I call Bait and Switch. Be very careful booking with a company using these tactics. I will never book with BusinessClass.com again and would advise anyone else to avoid them. The Level flight ruined the beginning of my trip. Fortunately, they honored my booking for the return flight on Iberia Airlines.

It was so easy to booked a flight with BusinessClass.com. And the Wonderful part was, they really try to make your flight the way you want to. I made a mistake by booking a flight with a short layover and the flight was already booked. I called them and they fix my flight with the one I wanted in an hour or so.
