Crosby was excellent and did a fantastic job. The fact that there was not a 24 hr guarantee was troubling. The rate went up so we lost the reservation.

I told Brandon exactly what I was looking for to book my flight. I mentioned that I did not like the Mummy shaped seats on many Business Class flights. I sleep on my side and the foot wells and head space are too small for me to roll on my side for a nap. Lay Flat Seat without the foot well was requested. I also asked for my arrival, at the final destination, to be around 12 noon local time. He was listening and apparently taking notes. 3 hrs later, he sent an email and got me everything i was looking for. We had several conversations during the booking process. He was great! I will contact him again for booking my next overseas flight from Chicago.

We have not traveled yet, but so far the customer service has been exemplary as we sought tickets to Australia. Our representative, Rufus K, has provided prompt, clear and very courteous communication throughout the process. He has worked hard to provide us with various travel options, routes, dates, etc. We are very impressed with BC Flights and especially our agent. Rufus.

Rowan was an amazing agent and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He spent several days working with me and ultimately found me a great deal. At one point, I thought he had given up on me, but he came back with the same positive attitude and continued helping until everything was taken care of.
What impressed me most was that even after I purchased my tickets, Rowan followed up a few days later to make sure everything was to my liking and that I was completely satisfied. I have been working with Tristan Faith for the past couple years. Booking has not been easy every trip being my father is 88 years old and has to travel with his caretaker and another family member. But I have to say Tristan has gone above and beyond every trip to ensure my father had the utmost comfort for his travels. He has done all the seating and also arranges travel assistance from time of departure to arrival for my father. Thank you Tristan!

I've never utilized a 3rd Party for International Booking, although my work schedule was so busy I needed assistance. I was very skeptical and Valentino worked with me to assure that all requests were meant to mine and my bosses satisfaction prior to confirming the flights and taking any monies for payment. He provided excellent customer service.
