Amazing quality belt, I got the belt and wallet combo, and it's the only belt I use now. The wallet is also very functional and compact, I can fit 9 cards, cash and coins, my ID, and extra in the zipper pocket.

Perfect fit every time
I don’t know why I put-up with conventional belts for so long. One hole is always too tight, the next is too loose. These belts give the perfect fit, and can be subtly loosened after a heavy meal if necessary!

We ordered 3 Buckley Belts but after…
We ordered 3 Buckley Belts but after receiving a delivered notice and not receiving them, we looked into the problem. What ensued was a complicated back and forth with the carrier and getting nowhere over a 3 week period. We reached out to Buckley Belts directly through their help chat. Carmela asked for our patience as she tried to rectify our order and problem. She obviously had to connect with the carrier (who I do not recommend) and finally not only solved the issue but sent us the belts. If she had not intervened, we would still be without our order. Buckley Belts stood by us and we are grateful as we are very satisfied with the belts. I only give a rating of four stars due to the amount of time I had to spend to get to the bottom of the problem. Kudos to Carmela who went out of her way to keep a satisfied customer.

Great customer service
I did not receive the belt colors I was expecting and contacted customer service. They replied nearly immediately and offered to send the color belt I was missing from the set. Could not ask for better customer service. The belts also come in a very nice gift box which will be perfect for Christmas.

The outdoor belts are well made, and very easy to adjust to your size. Just be careful to take off a little than too much. Use a small flat head screwdriver to unlock the teeth of your belt to adjust even more. The service was top notch. I’m a very happy customer!

Good stuff but hidden costs and poor customer servive
The belts are good, however the delivery delays and hidden customs costs were a nasty surprise.. Delivery from China took many weeks and I had to pay high customs clearance costs myself, although this was never mentioned during the buying process! Order ended up 30% more expensive because of that. And it's a pity - would have loved ordering a new set of belts in other colors, but the ordering experience and poor customer service are deterring.

I recently purchased the Classic Brown with Matt Silver Buckle from Buckley Belts and I couldn't be happier with the quality - beautiful leather and excellent craftsmanship.
I made a mistake while sizing and cut the strap too short. It was entirely my fault. I emailed Buckley Belts to ask about a replacement, expecting to pay for it. To my surprise, they replaced the leather strap completely free of charge, without any hassle.
Their team was incredibly prompt and courteous - every single email of mine was answered quickly and helpfully. That level of service is very rare these days.

I have bought more than half a dozen belts from Buckley and they are FANTASTIC. I love the concept of a "vegan belt" as this made us feel extra special, as it matches our lifestyle.
They also go the extra mile - i wanted to buy 3 belts for my brothers but wanted to get the cost advantage of buying the bundle. upon request they packed each belt separately so i could gift wrap to each of my brothers. Thank you Team!!

Mechanism stopped working no longer tightens
I bought 4 of these 2 for partner and 2 as xmas gifts last Nov, the mechanism in partners one has stopped working so the belt wont stay tightened now I emailed buckley belts who advise they only give 100 day guarantee that the belt will work as a belt so they cant help me... I would expect a decent belt (these arent cheap to buy) to last years not just under a year and is not worn all time I wouldnt waste money and buy as xmas gifts as potentially stop working by April very disappointed in their response
