I needed a quick answer easily & they provided it; not the greatest bedside manner but what can you expect.

I received a call very promptly after answering some questions. All good experience.

I called this number on the advice of a friend for a sudden medical condition I got during a holiday weekend. I spoke to a person who gave me advice. We had about a 10 minute phone call. Then I saw a charge of $70 on my credit card. Then a month later another charge for $65. They evidently signed me up for a recurring subscription of $65 a month WITHOUT TELLING ME. I had no idea that it cost anything at the beginning but I was willing to pay the first $70 which I thought was for the one phone call. Anyway, I contacted them via phone and a robot told me they would cancel "my subscription" (that I never signed up for) so I am out another $65 and I hope they really cancel me or I will have to cancel this credit card and get a new one. I find this practice highly predatory and illegal. Not once did anyone ask my permission to sign me up for a recurring subscription at such a fee.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained lots of causes and solutions.
